I was at PetSmart in NE Calgary, last Saturday, to return an automatic cat feeder that has had a malfunctioning. The process took some time, because needed to be approved by a manager. At that time, I felt bad for holding up the line. However, the cashier Sakhr helped me feel better. He was kind and friendly, and he made me feel that was okay to take that time to resolve the situation. I really appreciate his help. Thank you!! Sakhr is a keeper and a great employee for PetSmart!!

I have had fish tanks since 81 and I think i know what i am doing....lol...today was the first time in my life I was denied to buy a fish because as he said they would be far to big for my tanks.i think I have normal common sense and have moved fish to bigger tanks if they outgrow one.in all my years with fishes the biggest one I ever had of that kind was 20 cm.but to be denied a 2 inch fish...that was a new one.

2:30 am delivery by a girl in her pajamas!!! This is not acceptable. Not only is it sketchy and unsafe, but now my dog food has been siting out in the elements all those hours. Cancelling this auto-delivery service

Paid my bill with a check, they kept the check but electronically cashed it. 5 days later tried to cash the check. band refused check as it was already paid. Company turned my check into a collection agency as an NFS check. collection fined $30.00 directly taken from my bank. Talked to 14 people at Petsmart and the collection agency (overseas) all said too bad! Including Corporate! I had all proof documents but they were not help just keep referring on someone else. not I have a NFS check on my credit report and ate the $30 charge

love to order from PetSmart. In 2024 I spent about $1800 in high quality food. What I don't understand is it so easy to be a picker there. It's not high volume, but yet my $60 or $100 Hills Science Diet dog food is never correct. Never over 24 cans and never under 12. Always stew never pate! My dog HATES pate, but my order is always a mix of stew and pate. I am supposed to believe that I get the right cans, so when they are opened one by one I am throwing away $3.98 unbeaten pate cans. I work 10.5 as a picker too and I have no will to double check someone else's work. I pay for a service that's supposed to be correct. You will know because your inventory has been off. Extremely disappointed in the person that can't count 12 similar cans!!!!!!

I recently bought a small cat from my local petSmart. It was being unusually quiet during the drive home, but to my surprise when I opened the box after returning home- It wasn’t a cat, but 8 aborted fetuses!!! This is a major health hazard!!

I recently went to PetSmart for a Maine Coon that was up for adoption. We played with the cat but never heard back. They didn't like the idea that we had 3 dogs & our Maine Coon was raised by our dogs. They got our hopes up but as I said, we never heard back. Please take our advice & not get a pet from PetSmart. They lost our business.

I had an appointment for my dog to get a bath and when I arrived the woman in charge told me my dog would have to be kept in the back for at least 2 hours and she would have to charge me $15 more than the $37 that I always pay. They only had two dogs being groomed with three employees
