PetSmartReviews of petsmart.com

My frog ate 1 cricket from PetSmart in Newtown, PA and died a few seconds later. My frog was totally healthy before being fed the cricket. If not housed properly, crickets can pick up toxins. The PetSmart in Newtown, PA must not be housing their crickets properly because their crickets are toxic.

Two days ago, I rescued a beautiful dog from a rescue organization and based in Raleigh, I then googled the local PetSmart from where I was, and I ended up in this delightful store in Garner North Carolina. I then came in contact with a woman named Mary Lou who provided exceptional customer service to me and my puppy as well as a gentleman. I’m not sure of his name, but he was absolutely amazing and I can’t say enough about these people. They were knowledgeable. They were friendly. They were helpful, and this gentleman even brought my items out to my car for me and put them in the trunk. More places should treat people this way.

Our local petsmart has great products and okay customer service, BUT when it comes to items that have a "Best By" date, most of those items are at least one year past the printed date... so buyer beware...

I left several messages for a Jackie " o manager refused to call back just lazy ride ppl.

Unreliable staff. Call offs all the time and they will cancel or reschedule dog baths. Also, ordered dog food online. 3 hours later I still had t heard anything. Went to the store and they said it takes 2 hours. They had it in the system. But noone bothered to pull it. They were not busy st all. Sawmill Rd Petsmart Dublin, Ohio

Rude, arrogant, condescending employees. I understand that they are trained to ask what type fish you have in your aquarium, size of tank, etc. however the clerk refused to stop when I said I had over 50 years experience with tropical fish and I knew what I was doing. I walked out, went elsewhere to get the fish I wanted and I’ll never shop at PetSmart again.

Every single time I buy fish from PetSmart the fish are contaminated with parasites I have lost many fish over a couple of years because these fish are contaminated with parasites. I treat my fish tank for parasites after losing some fish before the treatment everything's fine after the treatment and then once I buy fish from PetSmart my fish tank is contaminated again killing fish I've already bought a long while back. Why is the PetSmart in D'Iberville Mississippi not treating the fish for being contaminated with parasites I'm not going to buy any more fish from PetSmart because of this I've spent so much money treating my tank over and over again and losing fish that I had bought that were healthy I'm never going to buy fish for PetSmart again because of this.

Don’t waste your time here. I purchased 2 levels of classes for my dog in a bundle in December. It is not March and they have pushed back the start date for the first class 4 times now. I was not alerted one of the times, showed up, and the trainer that they had originally scheduled me with, Jo, was extremely rude. I tried to get a refund of my money by calling the manager of Petsmart, she refused unless I came in and spoke to the trainer that was assigned to me. I told her I didn’t want to have contact with her and she let me know that’s the only way she would issue a refund. I tried calling HQ in Texas to get them to issue a refund and they refused. Do not give them your business. I’m now out hundreds of dollars and I’ve been treated extremely poorly.
