After seeing online that they carry the food my cat needs and driving quite a distance to purchase I was very irritated to have to wait for help locating it, having to ask twice. Once selected I went back up front to pircjase, only to be told i couldnt purchase without a prescription. It should be mentioned on web site and should have been mentioned to me one of the 2 times I inquired for help at customer service. I usually buy from my vet but ran out. Would never come back here to.the Stuart, FL location. First and last time ever. Terrible service.

I have been shopping at a PetSmart on Bryant Irvin in Fort Worth for several years. We even adopted our two pups from them. We noticed that the past couple of times when we picked the pups up from doggie day camp that an employee was particularly grouchy with us. Today she fussed because one of our pups barked. Really?? Not ever going back.

Went to old fort pkwy location Murfreesboro. I paid 53 dollars have my dog bathed haircut .within two hours they called said they was done.my dog wasn't bathed they sprayed fragrance spray her tail was matted from it. My dog hair uneven and looks awful. Three months ago I took her there and they did awesome what happened this time . She didn't even get a bandana .

I won't be sharing my location, but this is the only pet store in my area. Two guinea pigs I received had pneumonia, and I had a mouse with a severe brain tumor. Recently, I bought a cage extension that fell apart, and my current mouse was almost dog food. The cage extension the time before also fell apart, killing the mouse with the tumor. I've already written a review on these horrible extensions on the product's page. After my recent visit with a rude employee being hateful for us returning a guinea pig cage that was missing half the cage, it makes me want to order everything for my rodents online instead. I decided to take up my business with the cashier next to her after she yelled at us for trying to return the cage. She glared at us the entire time I was picking out my guinea pig, and instead of taking care of her long line, she stared at me as I was paying for everything. She was completely unprofessional.

I have always had a positive shopping experience at PetSmart in Flower mound/highland village Texas.....the PetSmart Hotel in that store is amazing. Bryanna franklin is the sweetest....she is excellent with all the animals she works with,,,she makes sure they are very well taken care of...and she has excellent customer service......I recommend that PetSmart hotel if you plan to board your animals or take them to the animal day camp they have there.......

So, Pet Smart has the better foods and hard to find products, even I can't find something in any other physical store, thet have it. Their stores are clean and employees are usually very friendly and eager to help you. BUT....THE PRICES are ridiculous, I can find the exact same stuff almost anywhere else and it's cheaper. For instance, a Chuckit Kick Fetch Ball at PetSmart is $29.00, elsewhere I've seen it for $16.99 for the exact same product, it's like this with everything there. I know different stores will always have varying prices but PetSmart is ALWAYS the highest. $23.00 for a Nylabone that I can get for $14.00, the list is endless. It's a shame, they have good stuff and if you can afford it go for it, I just don't see the point in paying twice as much for an item. If I'm in a pinch, I will go there but otherwise I'll save my money. You have some great competition online PetSmart, we love our pets and are willing to pay a little more in store but this is just excessive.

Was next in line for 15 minutes waiting on customer in front to return something. Meanwhile clerks opened up lanes next to me and took people behind me. I guess they don't believe in helping next customer in line. Talked to manager, he seemed like I was really annoying him. I spend $400/mo there, plus my dogs use vet there. I will be going somewhere else in future.

Aventura location, let us wait for a long time while we had an appointment. And they do it over and over again.
