I have never had a bad experience with PetSmart until my last visit. Unfortunately, it is the only local pet store so I will not be sharing the details of my visit because I don't want to be treated the same way every time I go in. The employee was very rude and acted like I was unreasonable or crazy. That is unacceptable. There should be no problem in trying to care for your pets when you go to this establishment. I work in retail myself, and if I treated one of my customers like this I would be in serious trouble. That being said, if not for this I would have given 3, maybe 4, stars. Only other problems are limited selection of products and a need for better stocking.

Never shop at any pets mart they are very bad with there live animals sold there and also you can save money by going to other places to buy items for your own pets I am animal lover pets mart is not I have hermit crabs and three dogs had many pets in the pass but now are over the rainbow bridge I am 28 will be 29 in February

I saw a couple cheap things i wanted so i put them in my basket and continued shopping. I place my order for 9 things totaling $30. I then get an email saying that the items i purchased is no longer available. I then ask to cancel my order and was told that i could. They even sent me an email saying my order was cancelled. Now i receive an email stating that my "partial order" is on its way. So these guys enticed me with cheap dog toys and only send the expensive ones. This is/or should be illegal.

They've changed the rules for caring for store pets and have limited the diet of pets they sell. Not good or healthy for them.

I let my dogs go here and choose whatever treats they want. They go nuts when we pull into the parking lot. When I dont have time to take them and they are out of treats i visit the website. AWESOME!

Always pleased with my local Petsmart. Friendly assocaites and always have what I need in stock.

I'm not attached to petsmarts, they aren't necessary for me but they are everywhere and they are easy to find so I shop in them often, online, in person, whatever really. Prices are descent, stores are clean, cashiers are plentiful, and adoption events are amazing! Petsmart is like the publix of the pet industry, every store is basically the same (but we all have a favorite), they have generally good morals, don't do anything illegal, and different sections of the store even offer different things and even though sometimes a store can lack something another store has (vet, day care, built in crates, etc) over all they are generally the same, and I don't have any qualms shopping there. ... Unlike pet land which I never shop at Negatives would be, prices are a little high, stores can be a bit crowded on weekends,but that's about it. Their workers will help if you ask, will give your dog treats if you okay it, and generally are okay people (and I like that). So I like petsmart, and am writing this review because they have low stars and I want people to know that generally it's a great store.

I purchased a "toys R us puzzle" for my dog. the sales assoc told me the "puppy package" for 19.99 had a 1.00 coupon in it. I replied that I do not have puppies, and I am a vet nurse and work at an animal hospital so any of the coupons for Banfield, toe nail trims etc would not be worth spending 1 dollar for the price of 19.99. She assured me that there were coupons that would give me 15.00 off food and 50% off grooming. I also inquired if the coupons expired. She said no. After getting home and further inspection....the coupons do in fact expire and the coupons for food and grooming only let me get puppy food and puppy grooming. I only purchased the booklet because I was assured it was a coupon for any food (not only puppy food) and grooming (not only for 5 months and under). I certainly would not have purchased the "package" for 19.99 to save 1.00 - The sales associates really need to be more familiar with the offers and not so excited to pass off with misinformation to the consumer. Perhaps this was a commission driven lie.
