I will never shop at your company ever again. In the past five years I have purchased a ton of product from your leominster ma location. I have had a fish tank for over 20 years and in that time I have learned a lot about keeping and caring for fish. Every time I either try to buy a fish or have a problem with a fish this store proceeds to give me advise on how to treat and care for my Aquarium. I have a 55 gallon tank and the last visit to this location the young lady was trying to tell me that I should only have two (2) cichlids in this size tank. I purchased four cichlids two of witch died within a day or so. I understand that water conditions can be a problem with some fish but this type fish is a pretty hardy fish and can adjust to most water conditions. To have a sales clerk tell me that they will refund my money but don't want to sell me two more fish is totally ridiculous due to the fact that I have to many fish in the size tank I have. I only have 11 fish including the two that died and all fish are only 4 to 5 inches long. WHY DOES YOUR COMPANY WORRY ABOUT SELLING FISH TO CUSTOMERS ??? I can see if its a continues problem with the same customer BUT when I go to PetSmart they want to know the history of my tank to determine weather or not to sell me fish. But when I go to pet co I never have this issue. SO SO tired of this Store that I now will never shop there again. My guess is that Pet co will be the leader in the pet Industry in years to come unless and PetSmart will be a Distant Memory.

Awful experience at Petsmart Altamonte Florida. Bad attitude of the employees, they didn't honor their own sales and didn't care about what I was saying. And worst corporate customer service, after I sent them an email explaining the behavior of their employees and how they did not respect the sale they called me and offered me to send a can of food, I asked them to, please read my email and they never called me or sent me an email again. Way to go!. Of course I will never come back to any Petsmart again.

My Boxer got some training there. The lady was nice and knew her stuff. Getting food can be a bummer. The lines are long. They need to open up more lanes.

I went to buy 4 dwarf African frogs on sept 5. The girl that help me was so rough trying to net them, my previous experience has been that they are gently caught by hand but she used the net to trap them and I'm sure in doing so injured the frogs. Once she put them in the bag it started to leak so she transferred them to another bag by dumping them all at once and they both hit the counter and each other. I said watch out and the other girl watching her told me she's new here. Well what I ended up bringing home is 2 dead frogs and one that has a limb injury. I called and talk to the girl (Christina) that watched the new trainee damage these frogs and she admitted it was wrong but the girl was nervous and has to learn. She had no concern about the rough treatment of the frogs and the death or injury but said bring them in for a refund. I asked her why she didn't talk to me or check the frogs for injury after and she said she was busy and there were too my customers to look after. I have to sign a record and customer release form to buy these animals and I'm disgusted on how they were treated and the customer service I received at the time of purchase and when I called the next day.

When you're buying for your beloved pets sometimes you get caught up and spend money on not exactly necessarily stuff. But that's not a website's problem. Food, toys, whatever you think of - they have it. I always come back to them. And always will. Just a few clicks with a mouse and you have it on your doorstep

This is the most inept group of individuals I have ever seen. Don't ever try to return an item with a receipt and the item unopened. I've never seen such awful customer service. Don't shop here!

I took my kitten to Petsmart thinking that I'm just going to get her fixed and vaccinated and they diagnosed my kitten leukemia positive which is impossible considering her parents were leukemia negative. They tested her 3 times and pushed me for a 4th time. I decided that moment I need to take her in for a 2nd opinion in a private animal hospital and they tested her as leukemia negative. I feel Petsmart never cared about my kitten's well being and I will never go there for anything again.

Took dog there (with confirmed appointment) said they were over booked. asked me to bring him back at 2. I can't do that as I'm handicapped and don't always have assistance. They refused to allow him to just stay until 2 when they could get to him and they canceled appointment completely. Won't ever be back. Terrible customer service.
