Bought a hamster not even a week ago from the pet smart here in Chattanooga and it literally died in my hands.

Today BIJZ was groomed by Emily 4/3/18 at Store 2109 S Commons Dr Myrtle Beach, SC. He looked so nice. A nice group they have working there. Emily filled in for Joan who is on Maternity Leave, and I'm quite pleased. Susanne Toomey

Always Happy When I Leave!!! I have bought a bunch of Items from petsmart and have used the training they have there and It is amazing.. Never had a bad experience with there grooming department or therer banfield. I am very happy to say I go to petsmart for all my petcare needs. <3 Tonya & Toby

TOOK MY DOG TO PTSMART AND HE CAME BACK WITH SOMETHING CALLED SCABIES, mites, or classically known as mange, my vet says it’s comes from unclean environment, or by using unsanitary clippers, shears, table cages etc. it’s highly contagious and causes your dogs hair to fall out. I’m furious!!!! My dog is 11 years old and has never had anything like this.

I recently went to Petsmart looking for a hampster in hopes that I would find a fury little friend. I nicely asked an employee if I could hold the hampster of my dreams and she said "No," so flatly, with no explanation what so ever. How is anyone supposed to adopt any pets from a Petsmart store if you can't even hold an animal. Therefore, I will not be adopting/ buying anything from a Petsmart ever.

Called pet smart aske if they had crickets, told me yes... drove ten miles to find out they didnt... asked the clerk in the store if he knew when they would get some in, my answer was" i dont know that aint my job"

if i could give a negative number i would. customer service is terrible. been trying to get an order for weeks and they ship me another persons order and i end up on the phone with them multiple times and they just cant get my order to ship. they say they have to refund my order and mail me a gift card. i dont want to do business with them. do yourself a favor and go to their competitors.

Terrible online customer service. The reps are clueless!!!
