I would have given it a zero star but It was not an option. The employees took a once happy Chinchilla and took her off the floor because her cage had a crack, and were to cheap to fix it so they locked her in a cage that the employee proudly admitted that the cage was way to small for her to live in an now she has not seen anybody so she will not sit and socialize with you she will run away and seek cover. When we asked to pet her they said she has been locked up for so long she now bights.

I ordered a ThunderShirt online for my dog and it was available to pick up at the local store within 15 minutes after I ordered it. The cashier was able to answer my questions about the product and reassured me that I could bring it back if it did not fit my dog or if he had any problems with it. She also gave me advice on how to get him used to it. It has helped with his anxiety and he is no longer howling or being destructive when I am at work. I like the website, the service I received at the store, and the product.

If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased a Guinea pig July 21st from livonia pets mart on middlebelt and 96 area. It died yesterday. I buried it in my back yard late last night after it happened. I called pets mart and they said I have to bring the animal in for a refund. So im supposed to dig up the animal my 6 yr old and I buried for them to back the "return policy." I believe the pig was sick before it came into my posession. He was sneezing alot, and much calmer than any other pigs I ever owned. I will never buy a live pet from there again

Was told a bird I wanted to buy was young hand fed etc etc. Paid much for it and it is an ornery SOB. The worker that sold it to me said they knew birds. Apparently not. I now suspect the bird I got is senile he is so mean and arrogant. Very human. Maybe it is a politician parrot ;-) I feel I was lied to about this bird. I will continue to work with it with patience and compassion. Maybe kindness will win. Maybe he will die of obesity too.

I would give a zero if I could! I had an appointment scheduled this morning (which they postponed last Friday, due to my puppy having received shots) and was turned away because he hadn’t gotten his rabies shot yet - which I advised due to his small size, vet waited til he was over 3 lbs (he is 3 1/2 lbs now) he is only 12 weeks old. I travelled 20 miles for his puppy-cut and refused service when I arrived at my 7am appt by Paris H.

Top Paw dog prong type training collars are defective. The prongs are easily pushed out of the collar via pulling which defeats the purpose of the collar. My dog was fitted properly and the collar adjusted, yet when my dog lunged, a link popped open releasing her. She ran into the street and was hit by a truck, later dying a very painful death. I've posted reviews to the Petsmart site, and they have not been published and I sent a FB msg, still no response. After tweeting them, I received a response, but so far they are still selling these collars. There are no negative reviews less than a year old on their site, they are censoring them. This product needs to be removed from the shelves immediately. It is an unsafe product. I wish I had read the existing reviews before purchasing the collar, it is a known issue from years ago. Research your collars before buying them.

Greenville Ave - Dallas, TX After reading the reviews after our horrible experience makes me so much more upset that I didn’t not look before-hand. I was so thrilled that they could work my dog in on a Saturday and asked if I could just drop him off due to having a meeting, they said YES, even better I thought.. WRONG!! I arrived and got our dog back to the grooming department.. a different lady checked us in then who I made the appointment, she was irritated I was early and that I would be leaving him and tried to tell me I couldn’t.. but the lady I made an appointment with spoke up and told me it was okay.. I was pleased at this point. About 15min after I left the nightmare began. I got a phone call as I was about to step in my meeting that they rushed the dog to the Banfield Vet because our dog threw up blood and couldn’t breathe.. I was in complete shock, he’s young and had been to the vet the prior week with a NO health issues at all and I’ve never had issues with him. I canceled my meeting and flew up there. When I arrived the vet came out and spoke with me.. I really have no complaints with the VET .. she was very nice and informative and I do believe she did her best.. When I got to see him.. his eyes where blood shot, his tongue had lost most coloring and he was on oxygen.. the VET thought it was an infection etc. His airways were swollen.. I knew he wasn’t sick. Took him home and monitored him very closely about 2hrs later he was acting much more normal. Another medical person looked at him the following day and the only thing that can seems plausible is that someone drug him by a leash/collar as he had a welp and hot spot develop that was not there upon dropping him off. We never use a collar on him as he doesn’t do well with them.
