The manager David at the Niagara Falls Blvd in Amherst, NY is definitely out of control and needs to be addressed by corporate!!!

Pet hotel. Never recommend. Horrible neglectful dog care. Your dog will come home smell like urine and lost voice (barking) and sick needs medical care and antibiotics for infection contacted at their place. Your dog will come home with horrible nightmares.

I ordered a doghouse online to pick up in store . They gave me the wrong product and expect me to load up the doghouse and return it to them. We assembled it and now I’m supposed to return a large doghouse because they messed up? Do not order from this company!!

Your hospital wouldn't even look at the stray kitten I found that had a broken arm. They turned me away. I won't go back there and I tell everyone I talk to. Sad situation, sad place!

Do not shop here. Recently had some questionable charges on my credit card from petsmart. Com Upon trying to resolve this issue... completely stonewalled by their so called "customer service department ". Also... do not shop chewy.com It is also petsmart.

The petSmart on Alamo is horrible the young adults talk to you like you're stupid, they don't know anything about pets they're fish tanks are filthy with dead fish and if you purchase any they will die within 2 weeks!!!!

DO NOT ADOPT FROM PETSMART. I adopted a kitten from Petsmart/Lil Bit of Love. The kitten ended up being very sick and contagious. It was obvious that he was sick because he had very bloody diarrhea which I noticed in the litter box. Petsmart should have noticed this before adopting out, as it was VERY OBVIOUS. Not only did the kitten have a parasite, he spread it to my other cats. This has resulted in hundreds of dollars worth of vet bills for not only him but the others as well. The vet got rid of one sickness but it appears that the kitten has multiple! I am still having to put this poor kitten on multiple medications and have had multiple visits to the vet. I called Lil Bit of Love and left a voicemail, they have not returned my call. This behavior is negligent and unprofessional. Since the sickness is contagious as well, I would wager that all of the kittens they are currently adopting out have this sickness, since they are not caring for their animals or taking proper cautions. DO NOT ADOPT FROM PETSMART. They will sell you a sick animal. They will not help you. They will not return your calls. They are an irresponsible and negligent company.

I scheduled appointment 2 weeks out for my dog to be groomed. I have taken them to be groomed a few times to the Riverdale store. They call the evening just before my appt and tell me that their policy changed Monday and since my dog"might" have a seizure which they have been aware of from the first time, they couldn't groom him. So after a week of changes they wait till the day before to call me to cancel. I will never go there again!
