Wow never really checked out the points system here. Now I see why! You have to spend 125.00 to get a whopping 2.50 off . Seriously why even offer a point reward ? That’s ridiculous! More of a slap in the face to me.

PetSmart return policy sucks it's all about who you get when you go to return it and what kind of mood they're in because one store will say you can get cash back if you use your debit card then another store will say no you cannot get cash back if you used your debit card it's all about how they feelI believe it is discrimination so PetSmart manages supervises if you're reading this review you guys should all be on the same page not every store should have a different return policy it's all bulshit banfield PetSmart you guys are going to go out of business soon anyways with chewy

I have never had any bad service at this location, great customer service and friendly. I do all my pet shopping here and take my dogs to their grooming department, my dogs always come out happy and good looking. I have been a customer for over 5 years. I highly recommend their groomers.

This was my first ever visit to PetSmart and I'm unhappy. Here are some of my key points - There were 0.5 gallon fish bowls for sale marketed as a great choice. Every aquatic animal needs at least 10 gallons ( especially Bettas and goldfish) to survive. These sizes are completely unacceptable. - Whilst walking near the fish section I could hear loud budgie cries coming from behind the door marked Staff only. There may be no issue here but it sounded like lots of animals in a small space. - Cats and dogs for sale, all animals should be rescued and not bred in mills. - Staff were not useful and didn't have the required knowledge to be sharing with customers. - Many animals didn't have a humanely sized cage or living space, which can lead to stress and illness. I'm generally unimpressed with the animal care and this needs to be improved urgently. I understand this is a business and I intend no disrespect. Thank you

I had a grooming appt at 1 pm. When we got there they turned me away bc they had me at 1230. So there were no other dogs there and 5 employees standing around gossiping and doing nothing. I went to the store manager who then went and talked to them so they decided they would take my dog but they wanted me to allow the rudest one to clip my dog. No thank you. If she isn’t nice to me I’m supposed to trust her with my dog? Nope. Don’t go there. They are rude, don’t give a crap about customers or keeping your business

I bought ghost shrimp from the Lancaster branch of Pet Smart. The shrimps are carrying horsehair parasite and some of them have red legions on them. My two tanks have been severely compromised. I am not happy.

Do NOT EVER take your dog for a Doggie Day Camp at EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ branch. I used to bring my dog a lot before since 2015. For somehow, their staff has been replaced with a bunch of in-experience people who don't take good care of your pets. Last week, I took my Golden Retriever for a Doggie Day Camp, when I got her back in the afternoon, my dog is so sick (puked yellow substance) and her entire bottom (belly, 4 legs, chest and butt were all dark grey soiled up. She smelled feces and urine. They tried to cover it up by wiping her down. All her furs are wet and sticky. I ordered for food for her and seems that didn't feed her and she was so hungry. Usually in the past, when my dog goes on a day camp, she will come home happy and tired. Not this time... she is more terrified, uneasy and sick!! So if you love your pets.. DO NOT.. I repeat... DO NOT TAKE them to this location. Please do not let your dog get tortured by these incompetent people/staff at that place.
