They told me tips for my gecko that were completely incorrect so I had to take him to the vet because I followed the horrible tips they gave me.

They are horrible, I recently went there to buy female for my budgie parrot, the guy helping me literally told me that he doesn't know anything about those parrots and male female, he was not trained to catch the bird it took him 30 minutes to catch the bird and put it in the box for me. Zero product knowledge. On complaining of they're lacking of a eligibility to work they thought I'm showing an attitude started being rude. They have nothing except the pet food. Hopeless place to go. Horrible experience.

I took my dog to get groomed and it is not what we wanted he was completely shaved he is a teacup Maltese puppy and we wanted a puppy cut and didnt get what we asked for and the groomer said not what you expected and we said no it aint and they said good and walked away. I will never ask petsmart to groom my dog again

Brought my cat to the vet here for the first time. We got a professional consultation. The recommendations received seem to work for our pet.

I have been taking my small dogs here for years. Sometimes my dogs are matted. Sometimes they have to shave them because of this. I knew my dogs were matted and told them it was fine to shave them. When I went to pick them up, I was charged an additional fee for them being matted. I was told by the manager, “Joy” at the North Canton location that I had been told this when I dropped them off. I was NOT told this, or have I ever been charged “extra” for matting! I told her to review any cameras they had! This is a very poor way to do business!! Waiting until a service is done, and then throwing on an extra fee without being told ahead of time!! I will NEVER take my dogs back to pet smart!

They don't treat their fish. I got 7 fish (1 black Molly 1 x ray fish 5 tetras) from them a few months ago and 4 of them died from ich. I didn't know what ich was so when I got the black i didn't realize white spots were ich so that was the first time I got it. I figured it was just an accident that they didn't notice. Well not long ago I got 5 more fish so my 3 weren't so alone I got another black Molly and I looked at all of them, well I missed where the one I got a one little white dot that I didn't notice till I already had it in my tank. It has not been 2 and a half weeks since I got the fish all but one ofy 8 fish have died so thank you pet smart for killing nearly an entire tank of fish

Placed an order for pick up on 09/13/2019 called on 9/14/2019 to cancel. Order was not cancelled called Arturo the store manager on 9/20/2019 at the pick up store in Wellington Florida. They told me the order was picked up he was not helpful at all he said he would call back he did not. Called Chase on 9/20/2019 to dispute the charge. Do not shop in that store!

I took my little dog into the Petsmart in Burlington WA to get a bath, nails trimmed etc. While waiting I get a phone call saying my dog had been injured,,something to do with tearing out a nail while putting him in a crate....very sketchy. They took him to their in-house vet, but he/she was too busy to see him. They actually asked me if I wanted to sit around a wait......Anyway, I grabbed my dog and took him to my vet,where is still is at this moment no word on conditon and while Petsmart is paying for everything, as they should, I am more concerned with the lack of candor of what/how/why whatever happened. Needless to say I will never step a foot in one of their stores again. Update. They put dogs in crates with wire bottoms??? and, according to them, my little dog got his nail stuck under one of the wires twisted, and tore his nail out. One would think that people who say they know pets would have enough sense to have crates with solid bottoms. I doubt this is the first or last time this is going to happen to someones pet.
