I will never take a pet there again! I took my bosses dog for she has Dementia and was not able. It had been awhile since he had a haircut. They said he was too matted and recommend I take him to a clinic. He is a little tiny dog and because they were overbooked , it was easy for them to turn him away!! I never cut a dogs hair but decided to do it myself! No training! If I could do it, they surly could have done it! Shame on you Petsmart! !!

I took a cat bed back that I bought and it totally fell apart. They basically told me ...too bad...they only refund on stuff they can resell. I told them, if it was any good, we wouldnt be having this conversation. I took it back cause it was a piece of crap. Too bad for me, I'm stuck with it. Well to bad for them, I'm taking my business elsewhere. The man also claimed to be a manager, and if he was, that store wont last long. Hes lacking in alot that money cant buy!

The Petsmart stores in my area (Dallas) are O.K. The online experience is abysmal. I selected some items off their site to purchase, but when I tried to check out, I kept getting error messages no matter what payment method I chose. I called customer service and was told my cards were probably locked up by the banks. I explained to her that they weren't, but she kept saying they were. I called one of the banks, and they said my card absolutely wasn't locked. I went on amazon to buy the same things, and my payments went through fine.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the handling and service from this so-called company. Thankfully I did not follow all their advice...

I was in petsmart in paramus on 10/19/2019. I was there to have my dog groomed. My dog has been going there for at least 5 yrs and never had a problem and received all good comments about my dog each time I picked her up, Well this time the groomer decided to call me to come back and get her when i just was pulling into me house to tell me that my dog was aggressive and would now come out of the cage, When i got there the dog came right out with no problem and was wagging her tail, I feel that they had no right to even say the dog was aggressive and made her sound like she was ready to bite or attack her. Every single paper that i have gotten back when i picked up the dog was all good reports for 5 yrs, Nothing at all said that she was ever aggressive in anyway, So the manager there of the store called me knowing how upset I was when I left there and told me that they knew the dog was aggressive and it had happened in the past when they caged her, So my question is why was I never told this or on my paper work and why was my dog caged again there? They must have been giving me false information for 5 yrs or the dog was never a problem and she did something to the dog to make her feel like that this time, I want answers, and I am still waiting for a call back from the upper management of petsmart for 3 days now and have not heard from anyone when they said someone will reach out to me within 48 hrs the most! If i dont hear from anyone I will be taking this to the next step!

This will be the last time i ever buy a fish at Petsmart, oh no sorry they don't sell fish there that's right they sell Ick. I though with them being a new store and after years of not shopping there they would have changed their bad habits over the years but, I assumed wrong. Never will I ever shop their again now I have to treat my 75gl. tank. Petsmart is now banned from my books.

If you use your earned TREAT credit at Petsmart to buy something, and you RETURN/Exchange the item you used the Treat credit on, you can kiss the $ 5 credit goodbye? It does not go back onto your account, even though you obviously earned it by accumulating points over time. That is Petsmart's policy. Cheapskates.

What is with this company? I bought two items in store and later found each item 30-40 % cheaper on their website. When I took the items back for a refund of the difference the check out girl was very defensive and poorly trained to deal with the situation.
