PetSmartReviews of petsmart.com

Michele from Wayne NJ store is a great trainer, started with beginners and went through to therapy training with my Zeus. Michele has great patience and very knowledgeable, would recommend 100%. Thanks Michele

Why does PetSmart only hire girls cashier and Mexican and I am Latina.I feel like they need to hire more then Mexican hot girl and more black and white people and Asian and guys cashier I'm sick of rude chick at pet smart and flirting with my sons that look 19 but he only 16 and flirting my husband.then being rude to me . That's why I shop at Petco now they hire everyone no matter what color. And guys work there now to.

I placed an order for 3 items, one which was supposed to be shipped and the other 2 items to be picked up in the store. The company had taken the money out of my account but did not send me an order# or confirmation email . Worried. I called the next morning to see if they have pulled my items for curbside pickup and they cant find an order. I call customer service and they tell me it will cancel itself in 3-5 business days because it did not finish the order in the system. Ok, I am not totally pissed until I try to re-order the same items from the website but am no longer eligible to use the coupon code that was used to place the order in the first place. First time off the chewy website, and look what happened. Highly disappointing.

NOT happy with Petsmart - I ordered Canidae dry dog food online to be picked up at the store/curbside. Got a cancellation of the order a few hours later, not explaining they were out or anything. I did NOT want to go into the store but had to in order to get the dog food. Well, they did NOT have hardly ANY Canidae dog food on the shelves and certainly did NOT have any of the Vet-formulated with Grain in ANY flavor - but it shows they do on the website! I got my dog food at Petsmart THIS time but in the future I'll be ordering from Chewy or elsewhere. What an inconvenience not knowing if I can get something for curbside pick-up when they show that is an option. I've had issues with Petsmart grooming in the past and won't take my boy there any more.... the manager of the Petsmart Grooming in Olathe KS on 119th yanked a dog who wasn't doing what she wanted, she yelled at it loudly and was mean to it right in front of me while I was waiting for my dog. So.... NOW it's about the dog food. Geez... Well, I'll support some other company from now on!

Do yourself a favor, buy from CHEWY or AMAZON. Petsmart is TERRIBLE and customer service is non existant. A company this big should know what they're doing withn online sales.

I have blood cancer tgat is made worse by lack of oxygen. I can blast and end up needing chemo. I went to petsmart in Albuquerque on coors. After doing my shopping and waiting in line, I’m up next, a manager comes to ask me to put a mask on. I said I’m not sick and I can’t because I have blood cancer. He said no mask no service. I’ll never go back

THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND RUDE..THE MGR DESTINY LETS HER EMPLOYESS DO AS THEY WANT. DO NOT USE THE GROOMING THEY ARE NOT NICE TO THE ANIMALS...MORE LESS THEIR PARENTS.

I had the worst experience getting my 1-year-old golden retriever groomed yesterday !! It was his first grooming and he needed really bad as some of his hair was longer than other places. Took him in at 1 PM and picked him up at 5 PM only to find that my dog was only washed and brushed all for $79 !!! I was told that he wouldn't stay still, WHY didn't anyone call me ??? He needed a haircut more than a bath !! I went to Target bought clippers and surprisingly the dog stood still like a statue for 10 minutes while I cut his hair. Talked to the supervisor and no results !! That's insane to pay $79 to wash and brush my dog, sorry Petsmart in Mesa on McKellips Rd. but I will never come back to your location, really bad and unprofessional service. BTW this is the very first review I've ever done in my life :(
