At the Mesa, Az. 6632 E. Mckellipps, location I took my dog in for a grooming which was a bath and nail trim and paid extra for a teeth brushing. I went and picked him up and when I got home and was giving him treats. I notice his nails have not been touched. I call PetSmart and asked why his nails aren't trimmed. That's when they proceeded to tell me that the groomer couldn't do his nails by herself. And they aren't allowed to help each other. Because of Covid.. And then she had the nerve to tell me to take him to a vet and have him sedated to get his nails trim . Like it was no big deal. These people are the most incompetent people. And using Covid as an excuse as to why they could trim his nails.. Unbelievable !!!!! I have been a customer for many years but as of today I will never go back to PetSmart and you can bet I will tell all friends and family just what a ripoff they really are. And to tell me to drug my dog because they have no clue what they are doing. They can't figure out how to trim a dogs nails and be safe at the same time. They were not practicing social distancing groomers were standing next to each other in the back and at the counter so I fail to understand why the groomer could not be assisted in a nail trim. A nail trim was to sole reason I took him in. So for 46 plus a 11 dollar tip $57 We got a bath.. And they weren't even going to say anything about his nails. I had to call and ask why it hadn't been done. Bad business practices and even worse customer service. To tell me to have my dog sedated . Because of their lack of competence. Now I have to try and find someone else to trim his nails. So I wasted money time and put him under stress and anxiety for what?

I was just in your Franklin,IN location store #3060 shopping for an ASPCA charity event tomorrow and the girl started out nice helped me find clearance stuff once I explained what i was shopping for as I was filling my cart she stood in main aisle and ask me to wear a mask I explained to her my doctor said I fell under the exemption so she then told me next time Ihad to do curbside. i am shopping for an animal oeganization as nd need to be careful of the products i buy i can't do that online and you don't want my busines overlooking the fact that i do all my aminal needs shopping there, so i went straight up to check out and not only fid I not get everything on my lust I felt humiliated in front of other customers andsince I can't wear a mask per doctor I was descriminated because you don't want me inypur store!! We ordered 24 cans of cat food totalling 54.96 from petsmart. They said these were on sale and took $14.96 off, making it $40 and no longer free shipping. So we paid the $10 shipping since the total with HST was about the same. They shipped us 4 cans! With shipping and tax it came to nearly $5 a can! And we don't have food for our cats. We are both in our 70's, my wife is very vulnerable to Covid so we need and rely on shipping. What a horrible campany-if you can only deliver 1/6th of an order tell your customers so they can shop elsewhere instead of gouging them on shipping so you can sell 4 cans! The shpping was more than the few cans they sent us cost. Stop treating Canadian consmers as sheep to be fleeced-if you can't do the job tell us don't treat us as garbage!

PetSmart is an excellent shopping experience for pet owners. They have a large variety of pet supplies, and your pet will love shopping here as well. PetSmart is pet friendly. And don't forget the treat. Your pet will love it.

My last experience was ok, no problems they just don’t have a big selection in Maplewood. I got a guinea pig from there about a year ago and he is perfectly healthy.

My daughter and I bought two bunnies from a breeder/shower and thought we’d stop on the way home for cages and other items so I checked online for the Huntersville store hours to make sure they were open. Their website says they’re open until 9 pm. We arrived at the store around 7 pm only to find a sign posted on the door that stated they closed at 6 pm. A company this large should be able to post correct hours on their website.

Bad experience. I placed an order for couple of items on sale which were stock at the time. After waiting a week before shipping, Petsmart cancels my order with a note that no stock left instead of back ordering them. never shopping there anymore.
