Maybe it’s due to Covid but the online order process here in Fayetteville is trash. I made an online order yesterday at 323pm and here it is Monday at 921 and I’ve heard nothing from PetSmart. My fishes are hungry. I won’t be using online order anymore.

I visited the Petsmart in Gastonia on 8/14/20. After going to several other places and was on my way home, I realized I had left my pocketbook there. Not sure if I left it at the register or in the buggy after I checked out. I called Petsmart and was told that someone turned it in, not sure if it was a employee or a customer. I was extremely grateful either way. This just goes to show, even in the crazy world we are living in, there are still good, decent, and honest people out there. Thank goodness one of them found my pocketbook and turned it in.

I made an appointment for a bath and brush for my standard poodle and when I got there the workers were extremely rude to me and told me “we may not be able to clean her ears if she tries to bite us you’ll have to take her to the vet”. Not even 10 minutes after I dropped her off I got a call saying I had to go pick her up because she bit the worker twice. She’s never bit anyone before and has gone to the groomers 4 times before and they had no issues with her. So this leads me to believe the petsmart groomers were being mean to her and hurting her which led to her biting. I will not be bringing my dog back here because they were extremely unprofessional and they should not be trusted with anyone’s pets.

If you get PetSmart there are Insurance to get your dog to have maintenance done and all that for nothing but lies once they get ahold of your credit card and if you don't read the contract they would still take money out your checking account so please be Beware sure read your contract.

Worst customer service and goes against ADA guidelines. Would rather lose business and a kick a loyal customer out, not sure what manager was thinking when he told me he didn’t care about ADA law!! Never will step foot in there again!!

Made a grooming appointment a month out and on the day of her hair cut they cancelled it. Then called to reschedule it would be 2 week out I'm done with PetSmart. I would not take your pet to them.

I go into the store to buy essentials for a new dog and asked about exchange policy at check out. I was told that I can exchange with the receipt. The next day, I go in with my daughter to do the exchange. upon our arrival, I speak to one of the cashiers to explain the situation to see if I needed to leave the items with her. She was very nice and took the bag from me and asked for me to find her at check out. I look around the store and I pick extra items as well. I go find the cashier to proceed with check out. She asked me to patiently wait for the manager to Authorized the exchange. I wait for the manager at the cashier for like 15 minutes. A very rude man shows up at the cashier accusing me in front of my child and a store full of customers that I did not walk into the store with this bag and he looked at the cameras! I asked him to look at the receipt and ask his employee about me handing her the bag ! He then threatens me to call the police. I asked him to call the police and I will wait for them. At that time I called into PetSmart HR and left them a message to their voice mail reporting such disgusting and unacceptable behaviour from their manager. The manager came back trying to say that they will need Authorisation from inventory department to proceed. I was not interested into listening to his lies and asked him did you call the police? He said no. He did not apologise or tried to say that this was a misunderstanding. I asked him not to talk to me tell the police get here because I will be the one calling them to report this! Two officers shows up to later find out that he did call them but later found out it was a mistake or misunderstanding. That manager was not interested in providing any customer service at all , but rather accuse good binding tax paying citizens with crimes with zero ground evidence. I don’t know what kind of training or hiring policies PetSmart currently have. However, they are responsible for their own manager misconduct, incompetence, humiliating, and threatening behaviour. This is a place where pet owners go with their kids to be treated like criminals! It is simply disgusting and sickening. I was and still am furious on how a manager could spit out so many lies at one time about reviewing the cameras , calling the cops, and the returning policies thinking that it is ok and will get a way with it. I’m still hopeful that PetSmart will do the right thing handling such serious situation. You would think with everything that is going on in the world pandemic wise that people could do better as human beings.

due to the error that petsmart always makes with my phone number I found out petsmart sells your personal information to the democratic party to solicit phone calls and texts they are the only ones that make this mistake. And the constant phonw calls know this info. Shame on you petsmart you just lost my buisness
