I just love this petsmart on e 4th st. In ontairo ca. We are truck drivers we have tried alot of your stores but this store tops them all. They listen to what you need done they do it with such care! Always always a wonderful job done on miles cline thankyou so much especially during these hard times!

I took my dog to the PetSmart grooming in Tualatin and when I got my dog back his haircut did not only look bad with random shave marks on his face but razor burn all over the bottom of his tail and butt area. He has been hyperventilating, crying, hiding and licking this area non stop since. When we called the manager to explain what happened they took no responsibility and said there was nothing they could do.

I was in the RSM Pet Smart today and at the check out line behind a women who had her face mask down below her nose. When it was my turn to check out I asked the cashier if he had wipes or spray to clean off credit card machine because the lady in front of me didn't have her mask on correctly. He kept saying she had a mask on and said yes she did but was useless the way she was wearing it. I'm in the medical field and try to be super careful with everything. He never did wipe off or spray the cc machine. i wont be going back to this location until Pet Smart trains it's employees the proper way to sanitize inbetween customers. Thank you

The cashier at the Harrisonburg VA store had a bad attitude. Called into the store to talk to the store manager and got a similar attitude. I guess that is all they hire. Will not be visiting the store again which is sad because l just got a new puppy.

Pet Smart Website is complete garbage. I have tried to log on multiple times to book a groom session for my dog. It doesn't recognize my log in info. I have updated the password, it still doesn't work. I tried to create a new account with a different email, that doesn't work either. Complete garbage!!!!!

Ordered fish food on July 26th. Received order confirmation email right after placing order. Received order shipping email August 1st. Called on August 12th to find out where order is. Was told there was a weird code in the system and it meant FedEx had lost the package, so the individual said she put in a new order and it would ship soon. Called again today, August 19th, and was told there was no record of me ever having called, but that "they were about to make the shipping label." Explained the situation, was put on hold for 10+ minutes (10 minutes from when I started timing) and was ultimately credited $15 and told it would ship within 1-3 business days and arrive within 3-5. So, if I haven't received it by August 26th (a full month after ordering it) call back. At this point I'm at the "I'll believe it when I see it" stage and have ordered my food from somewhere else as well. If it's still not here by August 26th I'll be calling back for the full refund, whether it's shipped or not. Honestly, I could've purchased a horse, purchased a cart, taken driving lessons, started off across the country to pick up the fish food and headed home, and been back before the month is out. Suffice to say, I won't be a customer any more. Will update if I actually receive the food by the 26th. (& actually, I'll update if/when I really do receive it! It'll be an interesting pandemic non-saga.)

Way to avoid bankruptcy during covid-19. Petsmart in Oklahoma City is excepting ZERO returns. Not even the item i brought back still wrapped in plastic. (It wasn't food) ghetto! Bye $75. For carrier that was too small. I don't mind donating items but I thought "we were all in this together" my household is down a bread earner too. I was going to exchange for bigger size. But now I'll do my best to avoid your store all together. I mean c'on I even had my receipt that showed i just bought it the day before, you savages.

Adopted two kittens and that very night one of them started coughing and sneezing. Had to take to vet twice at a cost of over 300.00 including medications. Now the other kitten is sick so I'll be out more money. Called the store and was told, sorry, not their responsibility and that's why they only take cash for adoptions. Which I had to go to the bank and get cash -- which incidentally was 200.00 for two kittens. Also asked why didn't I use their vet? Will never buy ANYTHING from them again.
