Zero star if possible. Online order store pickup is very slow. And when I found one item was missing from my order, they said hat I had to go to the store again to pick it up. Since the order was completed, they could not issue either a refund or credit. Very incompetent and inefficient. I never buy any pet supplies from them.

I went to Taylors petsmart with my distressed puppy thinking it was close to me and the vet was open. I came through the front door in a panic with a puppy who wasn't breathing well. Instead of asking me if he could help or to let me know the vet wasn't open he let me run to the back of the store towards the vet to find it wasn't not open. It wasn't like he didn't see the distress and problem other customers noticed. It wasted time that could have saved me to find another vet open. Understandably it is not his job to do this but it would have been helpful. Thank God my fur baby is ok today but she had a collapsed trachea and could have died. I think he been a little more observant since he wasn't busy at the time and looked and seen the situation.

I must say I have never encountered so many uneducated and rude employees in one store. I am speaking of the store in Jackson, Mississippi off I-55. They definitely need to learn how to talk for one and treat people with respect. The customer service was horrid. Upper management needs to get on this right away or the store will probably end up going under. You can't treat customers the way they do and expect for them to come back. My hope is that management will see this and do something about it pronto!

I take our dog into Petsmart to get her nails trimmed. The groomers have always been very friendly and amazing with her, despite her being really uncooperative. She is a very friendly dog, but just very anxious about the vet/groomer visits... to the point our vet gave her meds to calm her down before appointments. This day was no different except that this time she took a huge, steamy dump as soon as we walked in (at the entrance of the store.) As I am profusely apologizing to the cashier, she points me to a nearby clean up station. There are 3 Petsmart employees standing close by, just watching as my dog is jumping on me, yanking, pulling me every which way, continously nearly walking through her poo. I didn't expect them to clean up my dog's rude gift she left, but I was surprised that none of them offered to help by holding the leash for me or allowing me to drop the dog off with the groomer so I could come back and better clean and disinfect the area. I couldn't even open the poop bags because of how badly my dog was behaving. Poop is falling on the floor as I am trying to get to the wastebasket with only one hand to work with (as my other hand is trying to control my dog and hold my purse that's now wound up with the leash now.) I just ask that you help a sister out when you work at a pet store and see people having a difficult time rather than standing their staring at the trainwreck in front of you.💩🙈

Understanding that we are under a global pandemic and there have been supply chain issues...this is not that. I have had repeated issues with PetSmart both in-store and online in regards to orders being in-stock and available. I have canceled my latest order through petsmart.com due to their choice of using FedEx to deliver product. Good luck getting your online order as I have also quit ordering from chewy.com (a PetSmart company) for this exact reason. Wise up PetSmart/Chewy and align your business with a delivery partner that will get your product to your customers who are paying a premium for your goods and services!

Jordin, one of the managers at the 119th Olathe location Petsmart, provided me amazing customer service! She went out of her way for me when they were out of a special prescription cat food I needed. Due to being inconvenienced and having to come come back a couple times, she offered to adjusted my price accordingly. I will remain a loyal customer to Petsmart.

The Northboro store is in worse store for dog I ever been specially the grooming customer service is zero the manage Stephani and the general manage Dan should not be on the front of the store as manager very unprofessional, I have book grooming for my dog about 3 weeks ago and last 3 day before the appointment a got call to change the day from day to sun so I accept the change when I got there on this pass Sunday was nothing book under my name so this place is sucks I don’t recommend to any one and that was not the first time this happing so again this store is sucks
