I ordered a bark collar that worked for a week. I tried to call the store and after 5 min of are you calling for fish, or adoptions I was put on hold where repeatedly I was told how important my call was to them. After 10 min I was told they were to busy and to call back. Im out $60. plus another $20. for a no bark EGG that also didnt work. I don't feek like an important customer.

I ordered 2 pee pad tray online and right away I was charged the total amount to be able for the order to go through. 3 days later, I received a text message that petsmart charged my credit card again for the same amount that I already paid when I ordered online the first time. So I was charged twice. a few minutes later, I received an email from them said that due to availability issue that my order was cancelled. So why charge me twice when they didn't even complete my first order? Very bad experience with them is an understatement. Don't ever shop with them. PetValu and Ren's Pet are so much better services.

I have always groomed my Yorky myself, but I got rotator cuff surgery and she needed a bath and grooming. I took her to Petsmart in North Babylon where Sarah met us and was wonderful. She did a beautiful job and listen to exactly how I wanted my puppy done. I highly recommend her

I took my 16 1/2 year old dog to be groomed at pet smart in East Amherst ny. The grooming is absolutely the most unprofessional cut she has ever had.not only that I was lied to by two groomers as to why it was taking three hours to groom an eight pound dog! None of the groomers were wearing masks, I even asked one groomer to put a mask on properly, on her chin only! The groomer was abruptly and harshly moving my dog so she could shave her, shave a yorkie! Who shaves a yorkie? She has razor burn on her bottom side. Please don’t take your dog to petsmart for grooming!

Since the pandemic, I have to order online which is fine if petdumb can hire someone to so something about their cheap $10. web site that will not take your order, Since it will not take my order I will NO longer be a customer of PetDumb, Formerly known as petsmart! That's ok cause Pet value and Rens is a way better place to do business with cause when you place an order it goes through so smell your dumb a** later petdumb chumps! Your pathetic and should be CLOSED for good!

I recently tried to return collars I bought last summer because I was cleaning my house out. They still had the tag on them and there was no need keeping them. The cashiers gave me so much trouble and another one was looking at me dirty because I had a collar that wasn’t from them. It was a simple mistake, I didn’t remember one came from PETCO. I said I could go back and review my bank statement for the dates purchased to look it up but they acted as if I stole them when all she had to do was look through my rewards member purchases. I have just returned from trying to return a dog coat that I purchased on Oct. 29/20, the return policy states items can be returned in 60 days, I am 1 month and 4 days over the limit and I understand that but the velcro has failed on this coat and has fallen off my dog every single time in the last 10 days. The manager Kyle just kept saying that my dog coat had wear and was passed the 60 days. Well, of course it had wear its a winter dog coat that is worn 3 days a week when my 14lb dog goes to the park. This is a defective product not a regular return therefore it should have been returned. I asked Kyle if he thought that a dog coat should need to be purchased every 90 days and he said maybe. If this is how PetSmart treats their customers they have lost one in me. Needless to say I will pass this information along to all of my dog loving friends and doggie daycare. Update---after posting this review I called customer service at PetSmart and spoke to a very nice person who was sympathic to the defective coat, she said that someone would be in touch and 3 days later I received a call from Christina at the store I purchased from. She wanted to know how the conversation with Kyle went and immediately offered me a full refund over the phone. I am very impressed with PetSmart customer service, and I will continue to shop there as it seems they do value their customers

It was terrible i figured i could use a few extra fish in my tank so i ordered some for my tank. They were all doing great for a few weeks and then they all got a disease and all $40 worth of fish all died within 2 days. I would highly recommend going somewhere else.
