I placed an order on Jan 30 and my dog food has still not arrived it is Feb 3 . Tracking1st showed today now it says tomorrow..I could have just purchased it at the store ..instead now I am out of food! Thank you petsmart. Chewy and petco would have had it her either next day or 2nd day! Never again

We purchased crickets at PetSmart from 2 different locations several times (Dundas and 403, Cawthra and Lakeshore) quality is terrible. They smell like dead crickets, and half of them die in the first 24 hours. (despite being fed and provided with a water source)

I went to PetSmart at Muller, ATX - always had a great experience with Ash. Now she is gone and I am very disappointed with the service. Nobody called me that my dog is ready and went there after 4hours of waiting. Haircut is awful - uneven, waaaay toooo short, ears still dirty and a groomer (Haley) very unpleasant. Will not be coming back ... have been a loyal client for 2 years :(

My experience was horrible. When I arrived to pick up my puppy I was told due to her excessive barking we will have to charge $15.00 additional for the express groom. I asked to see that policy on paper, I said I don’t hear her barking now but I do hear other dogs and he said well her barking was excessive then kaitlyn chimed in and proceeded to go back and forth with me because I asked her to show me this policy and then the groomer behind her says its back here on the door you can come back here and see it if you would like (I didn’t go), then came back to the front talking about somebody must have taken the policy down. Then gary (a groomer - not her groomer but a frustrated observer apparently), kaitlyn( a groomer not her groomer but a frustrated observer apparently) and kyle (the 2nd manager I spoke to who stood by as gary and I went back and forth for 10 mins) were rude and they were obviously frustrated with a dog they didn’t even groom and thought they were going to let me have it when I arrived to pick her up. The manager kyle who stood by smirking as gary and myself went back and forth about my puppy. I asked the manager why is he not addressing my concerns yet he is standing there while gary (arms folded and legs spread apart like he was really about to read me...he thought) and I go back and forth and he said cause I just got here and I don’t know what’s going on so I asked him to be here. I said I have a policy question and I’m sure you know the policy correct so no need for him to be here kyle said I want him here. If I wanted to keep speaking with employees who couldn’t answer my questions why would I ask to speak to a manager. The Douglasville location store number 0276 is the worse. 2 managers and 3 associates tip toed around a policy and because they could not provide me with the clarity I was asking for they got rude. They are not through at all. I took my puppy here for her first groom and they said o it will be about 2-3 hours, she is getting a bath with the add on package for the teeth brushing the premium shampoo and conditioner, wash, blow dry, nail clipping and 15 minute brush. I arrived at 8:40 the associate and I talked til 8:55 about her dog and the new puppy she just got and they called me at 9:25 and said she ready. When I arrived she looked greasy and her nails were still long. When I made the next appointment I asked to not have the same groomer and they said that young lady is not in this dept. she was just helping out early cause no other groomers could be here she is training to be an assistant in a different dept. I have had 2 horrible experiences out of 4 grooms...I can’t with the Douglasville location I have nothing good to say.

Very poor service at PetSmart in South Loop Grooming service. Manager Alys is so unprofessional and rude. I will not step there anymore !!! I have been using PetSmart services for more than 10 years but no more. Stela Lesic

If I could give this place a 0/5 stars I would. I do not recommend getting your dog groomed here. My dog has been acting incredibly strange ever since I picked him up. Shaking, whining, not wanting to play when that’s all he ever wants to do, and just not being his normal self at all. The groomers there are not very well trained and I fully regret taking my dog there.

They now offer DoorDash delivery, which basically works like crap. You put a dozen items for door dash in your cart and 1/3 of them give a message they are not available after they initially told you they are available. So you try to find other items that door dash will deliver and then put them in your cart, and now you have other items that the cart said would be delivered saying they now cannot deliver them. The funny thing it may even be a bate and switch, because they offer to just send those items to you instead. It is basic web design and user interface programming. How could this be implemented so badly... NOIW THEY WON'T EVEN DELIVER today! wORTHLESS SERVICE............

Petsmart sells expired pet food, but only at full price. When I have brought the expired food to the attention of the store staff / manager with the intention of buying it at a discount their response was “we cannot sell expired foods, its store policy.” The food is then thrown out in the garbage to fill landfills rather than animal’s stomachs. I have spent a great deal of time and money to demonstrate the extent of the problem here in Buffalo. My facebook page chronicles purchases along with photos of the expired foods. Facebook - Beware-of-pet-stores-selling-expired-pet-food-105042578044196 Two complaints filed with Petsmart several months ago have yet to merit a response from the corporation. In a time that has people surrendering / rehoming their pets because they no longer can afford to care for them and animals shelters struggling to feed abandoned animals, Petsmarts choice to throw viable pet foods into the garbage is unconscionable. Monitoring their stock would allow them to discount, or donate to shelters / pet food banks well in advance of expiration. Please share - if Petsmart chooses not to institute procedures to stop the waste, at least more pet owners will be aware of the need to check expiration dates when purchasing any food item from Petsmart.
