I go to pets mart on so hill Puy sunrise 5-6 times per week. A few employees are nice and helpful but majority are extremely rude! I just went in to buy some crickets, I hand her a $20 and she’s holding it up saying oh I don’t think I can takes this, I’ve never seen one like this? It’s a $20 ? I kept asking what’s the problem? No answer but implying it’s counterfeit! The mgr comes over I again ask what’s wrong with my $20? As they both are inspecting it, I made it clear I spend a lot of money there for my pets I’m in there all the time I don’t use counterfeit money !!! She says some people do!!! I DONT!!!! Then the mgr says to me ma’am you need to understand this happens! Done!!!

If I could make this NO STARS I would. I arrived in Toronto from the UK on Mar. 31/21. I was not allowed to bring pet food into Canada and I was travelling with a cat. I was required to quarantine in a pet friendly hotel. I ordered pet food, a litter box, and a scratching post from PetSmart the day before my travel thinking I would have them waiting at the hotel. No. Overall I had 6 calls with the company and never received any items. At one point I had an email saying the items were successfully delivered. They were still at the store 7 days later when I finally called to cancel the order. I was in a carpeted room with a cat using a 5x7 foil food container with dirt I had dug up from the front garden of the hotel. My cat weighs 15 pounds. He managed to mostly try and use that, he could get one foot in it. The agents on the phone were always good, it's the whole system that is broken. The stress I went through to travel to Canada during this pandemic was huge, PetSmart only made it worse. I will never give them any business ever again. I have been a client for over 20 years. No more.

This was the first & LAST time I will go to Petsmart in Wesley Chapel. This has been the worst experience EVER. I came to Petsmart extremely excited to get my Baby first haircut since he finally got all his shots. But instead I felt extremely pressured by the Petsmart Employee to get a Haircut I did not want. I repeatedly told her that I did not want his body to be short regardless if it was in tangle. My main concern was his legs and his face because it was covering his eyes. But She kept insisting that he had to be shaved. When I spoke to Petsmart in Citrus they advised me just to do a trim since it was his first time!!! At the Petsmart Wesley Chapel she acted as if just getting a trim wasn’t a option!! Being this was his first time getting a haircut or even being on a leash he should have Never gotten a full blown haircut for 3 Hours!!!!! He was very scared that it took three employees to hold him down. To make a situation worst his haircut came out ridiculous. He has absolutely no hair and it’s not even. He has patches. I’m beyond devastated & extremely disappointed. I understand that hair grows back that’s what the manager kept saying. However this is going to be a long road ahead. Worst traumatizing situation for baby and I. After paying $50 for a horrible haircut. I will not recommend this location or least not going with an employee who can carless about your feelings and just try to do whatever was going to be less work. I should have went with my gut and went with the other location where they seems to be more concerning about my baby instead of picking the most expensive haircut.

Never get your pet groomed at Petsmart! I don’t know if they are not trained or they are just careless but my dog has had back pain for 8 years after being groomed there! I called as soon as we got home and he was obviously uncomfortable. The Girl said nothing happened. I had to take him to the Vet immediately. He was put on pain medication and Prednisone. He was so uncomfortable. I felt guilty for taking him there to be dropped or whatever happened to him!! Today a Friends dog had to be taken to an Animal Hospital after being groomed at Petsmart. He is on pain medication and hopefully will be ok! I think they hire Teenagers off of the Street to care for our precious Babies! This is an outrage that PETS are getting seriously hurt and they continue to Groom! Something needs to be done! Please don’t take your Pet there to be groomed!!!!

I brought my dog in for a haircut and said DO NOT SHAVE! They clearly didnt get the memo, and at 6 when we went to pick him up the gave us a rat dog. they shaved all of his hair and he looked like a naked mole rat. I will not be back because they turned my baby into a hairless cat! :(

Just don't go there. The stupid groomer cut my puppy's front paw. One part of his paw is literally gone.

OMG my 2 year old tshitsu was in Orleans, ontario for grooming this afternoon,,,,gave them a picture of the cut I wanted him to have. He came out shaved, even his tail has been shaved. He looks like a rat...sorry but it is the last time I send him there.

We bought a Kong bone for our pup to help his teething problem. Our pup end up chewing a tiny piece and it we didn’t catch him on time he could have swallowed it. Very UNSAFE for puppies. Will NEVER trust this brand again!
