Worst experience everrr.. Took my baby(shi-poo) to get groomed and omg cut him too low, well you can say bald!! If you know that breed, then you should know they’re very puffy, now he look like a hairless cat, ewww!!! Big gap in middle of his head, cut all the hair off his tail and his ears .... dogs are like humans to me and he (Sam) has feelings, if you ask me they lowered his self esteem.... NEVER NO MORE WILL HE GO THERE....PetSmart New Iberia!!! I recommend no one one go there for grooming, great to shop tho lol. And for what we paid wasn’t worth a penny!!! Booooooooo NEW GROOMERS!! Guess anybody qualified...

The madison east Wisconsin store fish tanks were disgusting! Green algae all over the front of the tanks! No one around to help. We took one look at the tanks and decided no way we would buy fish there. Some of the fish were floating on the bottom of the tanks barely alive. Will not be back to this store.

I placed an online order on March 21, for a same day delivery for three bags of dog food. There was no issues, I picked my preferred time, and payment went through. I receive an email later on stating that they wouldn't deliver until March 22, between 7 and 10pm. I wasn't happy , as my dogs didn't have food. But at the time also understood delivery services can be busy . I wait around all night for this food and nothing shows up. First thing in the morning, on the 23rd I call PetSmart, and explain the situation. The manager on duty did not try to rectify the situation in the slightest. She blamed door dash and there was nothing she could do other then call them and they would "try" to deliver it today. I already fed my dog chicken and rice of my own food the previous day, and there is no way I was going to wait around all day for a possibility. I work in customer service, in the retail industry, and i am in absolute shock at the lack of care a company can have for their customers. This is YOUR product and you choose to have a delivery company handle it. In no way is the issue on them at this moment, and the manager did nothing but deflect. I have absolutely no interest in ever stepping foot in that store again and I will make it loud and clear to friends and family as well.

Wow maybe i shoulda read all the bad reviews first. Horrible experience at the grooming. My dog was turned away because she had some matting. Im sorry thats why im paying a groomer. She is 11 years old and has been to petco and paws for purrs in worse conditions to be honest. Ive always brought her in and was told "i may have to double brush her" or " i may have to trim some hair" never turned away. I only went here bc of a coupon. Complete waist of time not even worth the coupon . I shoulda learned when they sold me a sick reptile. I have lost all repeat for petsmart.

PetSmart does not take care of their animals. Their tanks are filled with dead and dying fish. Before shopping there look online to read about how they treat their animals. In addition they do not train their staff, they are very often not knowledgeable and do not care about the animals coming in.

The worst experience EVER!!...my 11 yo dog had an appointment with Alivia for 11:30 am at the only store located at Yuma, Arizona on 03/19/2021...arrived at 11:00 am and was told to wait outside for Alivia to show up. At 11:30 am, another lady after finding out Alivia was not coming (she was not supposed to work that day) told me that because my dog medical history (my dog had ONE seizure 11YEAR AGO when she was a puppy) she needed to be rescheduled in order to meet her “special needs”...my dog DOES NOT NEED and NEVER HAS NEEDED any special accommodations the past NEITHER at the veterinary office NOR any other grooming salon...I was never asked about my dog’s medical or veterinary history when I was setting the appointment over the phone...Awful service!!....I will never come back to that store for any reason....

Spent about 1200 in the past week there bc of all the sales! Everyone in the fish area and my cashier David was awesome thx.

petsmart has the worst tropical fish of anywhere. You would think I would know better when on several occasions I spotted $14 blue rams with ick on them. not even the same fish, or shipment. I stayed away fpr a while, went in, it looked a little cleaner, but most expensive fish were up high, Im guessing so you couldnt look at them closely. well, and I blame myself for this, I was in, could see the gold rams so overpaid for 3 tiny ones, now have gill flukes in my tank. Im tired of petsmart and their overpriced disease ridden fish.
