Holland/Springfield Ohio. I agree there should be a zero review. I took my dog in for her apt, she had an accident on the way in that I stopped to take care of and then waited while the girl at the desk finished a personal phone call for a couple minutes who then paged my groomer associate that we were there, he took a couple minutes to come out to get her, but then informed me thst I was 10 minutes late and he was just too busy to take her.They caused at least 5 minutes of this delay themselves. I asked for the manager, he told me that he couldn’t “make” him do it. Not sure what type of business has their employees making these calls? This kid just didn’t want to work. This was 10 minutes!! Not 15 or 20. This is very disappointing considering I hung with them through the endless weeks waiting for an appointment during Covid.

There's no zero stars. Obviously the groomers get paid salary and no commission. I scheduled appointment for my dog 2 days ago. I told Michalea my dog was in need of a summer cut on the phone before I drove out there since she was already trying to cancel my appointment for my 12 lb poodle for her back. I told her my groomer moved to another state and just wanted him shaved down and I would've paid whatever the charge. Walked into the salon with 3 groomers standing there doing nothing and saying I would have to bring him to my vet for a groom since his hair was overgrown. I would've appreciated that advice before I left my house miles away. It's okay. I had some clippers and he looks amazing now. Your loss and I will never recommend you to anyone.

Delray Store: Maybe the employees should less time chatting with the elderly (snowbirds) who go in with their little dogs and want to chat all day..and more time booking the clients in!!!! They do a decent job grooming. However every since the pandemic hit the customer service has turned brutal. NO one answers the phone and after finally getting the store manager involved 3 times and actually booking an appointment I stood outside waiting 25 minutes to bring him in..I simply had enough and left. This is the second time I went through this! My time is not free I have to schedule my day around this service including my job which pays for my labs grooming fee. Petsmart dropped from a 4 to a zero from this long time patron...done with that store!

Never again at Petsmart, Families & Friends Like to warn everyone & anyone that's has fur babies never take them to be groom at PetSmart, 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I should of stopped the first month,when they burn Senor Rai Fur Baby Kolby, but thinking it was mistake took poor babie back three times in a row they burned him badly,of course they refunded my money ,Money isn't the problem, Hurting Our Fur Baby Is !! ,Decided to take them to a local groomers, did beautiful job, Won't Ever Step Into That Store Again,😡😡😡 and if you could see the pictures I have taken you definitely agree to!!

The grooming staff were just plain ignorant. They have a "you need me, I don't need you" attitude. When arriving for the first time with our puppy I had his vaccination tag with his unique bar code. I was told I could not leave him because I didn't have the paperwork with me. Instead of figuring out something that works, and cosidering I was supposed to be at work at this time, (bring the proof in support of the tag later or at pick up perhaps?) I was told they could not take him. I went out, got the paperwork, went back and was told by "Chieko" that she could not see him because I didn't "promise" I would be back - as though she had taken another appointment in the interim, and as though I needed some kind of personal promise to her personally.... Shocking treatment from an employee who obviously feels "superior" to her clients. I wouldn't leave my dog in the care of vindictive, ignorant people like this if they paid me. Shocking.

We are very disappointed in PetSmart staff services. It is not acceptable to refuse any Pet from grooming, because pets might get nervous while being groomed. The pets are innocent beings which if they are not handled with care and love, might react to the groomer. The only explanation is that the PetSmart staff is under-qualified to deal with pets, that's a fact. Try to hire more qualified staff that really love animals not just do it for money. It is unacceptable!!!!

I would like to give a honest review about the N27th Petsmart Lincoln Ne but the last three days after I posted a review about the poor grooming area my post is deleted. The grooming staff would rather turn me away for a 10 minute nail trimming job simply because I didn’t make a appointment. I would go during the week days and their website even says appointments are preferred but not mandatory. I don’t believe a 10 minute nail trimming needs a appointment We’re going to a better place, I will not miss standing in dog urine at the front entrance anyway! This is a fact not a opinion

We took our new puppy to training. The trainer was very knowledgeable. We could not finish the classes but the trainer allowed us to come back to finish even after several months had lapsed. She stayed in-touch with us until we were able to bring our puppy back to finish the classes.
