I went in today and was looking at the Guinea pigs and one was stuck under the feeder and it was dead. I went to the front and told the worker and she said “it’s fine! Next” how bad is that! That is just sad and they treat their customers so poorly. We deserve better and so do those poor animals that have to live with it!

I took my puppy to be groomed at the Petsmart on Parker Road and Chambers, Saturday before Easter, my husband told the groomer we only wanted a inch taken off and nails trimed, we got neither, they cut off all his hair and never did his nails, so disappointed the groomer did not follow directions, when he was picked up she gave this story about him being matted and this is why she shaved him bald, this was a excuse as I believe she messed up and had no choice but to shave all his hair off, the reason I say this is because this was not our first time having him groomed and we have never had this experience and we always brush him every day and before taking him to be groomed. I am not sure where Petsmart finds these groomer, but I will never trust them with my puppy ever again. It was like a assembly line of dogs and I am sure she felt rushed. Private groomers not these corporations!!! I would have respect the groomer, if she owned up to her mistake. I am also filing a complaint wthe BBB you people are dealing with family members!!!!!!

Poor customer service! Doesn’t care about valued customers! Took my dog to colerain Petsmart for two years once a month for nail trimming! Then they try today to tell me my dog bites and they couldn’t finish the nails! She does not bite snd this has never happened before. They gave new unqualified people and want to blame the dog and after complaining to store manager they said ok! What the.... why don’t they care. I am NEVER going back.

The only reason why I’m given this place one star is because the cashier was nice I took my puppy to get groom and i told her I like the length of his hair just trim it up and clean around his face area when I go pick him up they had cut all his hair off and he was suppose to get his nails clip they were never done she had to do them when I asked her( did you do his nails ) I’m very disappointed and will never return again

Biggest stupid morons in the business. They push the same day door dash delivery but they are ridiculous. They send you 5 different confirmations with 3 different delivery drivers and 8 hours after promised someone shows up. This on top of their crap copy of good products. STAY AWAY!!!!

I just received a voice call from a manager of Pet Smart, concerning a review I posted of my most recent pet grooming experience. I was initially stunned that my review was even read, but to actually be given a call to further address my concerns was shocking. Without saying any names, I want to start off by saying that this person expressed both concern for my furry little friend (puppy) and myself as well as genuinely trying to resolve any harsh feelings that I may have had with any Pet Smart Associates. You know who you are, and I appreciate your dedication to your trade, your employees, your customers, and the furry paws you care for day after day. Thank you for being wonderful. As for the groomers I hold no ill will toward any of you, and I believe you did a good job the best that anyone could ask for, and with patience and understanding in time you will go on to do great jobs. But hey no matter how hard you try you can't please everyone, but just remember; "For every one person that hates you, two people are going to love you". 😉

The worst experience I’ve ever had buying something off of the internet. I ordered a dog bed for my car and realized it was to small, so I ordered the next size up and denied the first bed. Well it took near three months to get my refund and a dozen phone calls. And they still charged me for shipping. I will NEVER buy from them again!!!!

I ordered a giftcard. Never got it. It was delivered to Fedex, then nothing. Customer service lady said Fedex doesn't ship for us. She sent another card. Guess who delivered it? Fedex!
