Called ahead made an appointment to get my dog groomed so I take him inn they ask for his rabies shot record I told them I didn't bring it cause no one told me and they said they couldn't do it because of that so I drove 35 minutes there my dog threw up all over my seat and doors of my truck for them to turn me away to drive 35 minutes back home I will never shop there or go there again

We took our Cavaliers to Pet Smart in Port Charlotte for a bath and brush out. Part of the services included are grooming of the feet and expressing glands. We specifically asked for gland expression as this was the entire reason I took them in as they are not going to their regular groomer for approximately one month. They needed their glands expressed. I did not ask for grooming of the feet as I knew it was included. Upon picking them up, their feet were not trimmed and I asked about the glands and the groomer told me that she had forgotten and the second groomer said she knew nothing about it but stated that they did not need their glands expressed as she had felt the outside gland. I have had Cavaliers for approximately 20 years and know when they need them done. They stated that they did not know if we wanted feet trimmed so just decided not to trim them. I paid almost $100 for the two to be groomed and left very unhappy. They did not offer to trim the feet even though I told them I wanted them trimmed and did not offer to express the glands. I will not be taking them back to PetSmart for grooming again. Very disappointed in having to pay $100 and not have the complete job done.

Went in to buy a pleco and got told I can't buy it because 20 gallon tank is to small for a 2 inch piece. Even though I told them I have 25 fish tanks all the way up to 160 gallon. Rude service. I have 40 years raising fish. Call complaint phone number they don't seem to care what people think. Will never go their again.

I bought a fish tank with a divider, so I could have a beta and other fish together and I love it! Petsmart is very helpful ...they have a very good return policy . Also , I bought a beta that wouldn't swim, and they took it back and let me get another one..

I am 100% dissatisfied. I got my first fish at PetSmart, a Blue Mustard. I have had him for 2 whole days and he is floating on his side. I called a professional fish person and guess what he said. He said my fish is going to die and that he has a bladder infection. He had it before I even bought him because the PetSmart water was dirty. Now all I can do is wait for him to die. I will never go to PetSmart ever again and I warn everyone who wants a fish, don’t get it here.

HORRIBLE. We placed a review for our new puppy and were excited to give him quality dog food. We spent over $80, and saw this as an investment for our golden retriever's health. We were excited to open my FIRST order from PetSmart, only to find we were sent the wrong order, consisting of dog chews at an estimated cost of $20-30 dollars total. After spending 20 minutes on the phone with a Petsmart representative, we were advised to send the wrong order back, with the label provided and we would receive our $80+ order as soon as they could get it to me (maybe 5 business days?). Well, here we are 2 weeks out. We returned the wrong order and have not received our order. Under our Petsmart account, it still read delivered 2 weeks ago, though it was not OUR order delivered. So we are missing $80 and have no food for our dog. We want our money back! And on top of all that, in the interim, we had to buy cheap dog food, which our dog has been sick from, for the past week. HORRIBLE absolutely HORRIBLE.

I want to PetSmart several time to ask when they were putting out there parakeets and got different dates from there staff, even there managers are clueless. Really 😡 wasted a day off for this. Atlantic avenue PetSmart. Not the place to go for bird's. Very incompetent managers.

Ordered a soft surgery E-Collar off the internet on 4/16/21 and PAID the extra 60$ to have it shipped over-nite. Well it wasn't, now I'm out the money for the collar, the EXTRA shipping and there is NO email or phone contact! I was ON the phone line on 4/17/2021 for 1 HOUR!!!! No help, just a recorded message on and on...Poor, poor service! I will be writing this up on Facebook and YouTube as well describing my bad service and PetSmarts' failure at customer help OR refunding overcharged prices! FED-EX now says the collar won't even be delivered until Monday?!? UNACCEPTABLE, the collar is USELESS by Monday the 19th my dog is bleeding and needing it NOW my veterinarian and I were EXPECTING the collar to be here..I don't know? TODAY?!?!.
