Aside from having abusive employees in their stores, the customer service this company has is horrendous. I order RX food for my pet on a Thursday, paid extra for shipping ( I needed it fast) and they only called the vet's office one day and I imagine it was on Saturday and then decided to make it look like it was the vet's office fault. Had they called on Thursday after the order was placed or Friday ALL DAY, they would have reached them. I found out that I would not get my order on Saturday after getting some derranged email message that said the shipping method I chose was not available. But they charged me for it. Never again. Do not shop here, go to Chewy (Chewy did not have the food available).

DO NOT take your dog for grooming to Petsmart. My dog was completely shaved down, clearly not what I asked for! He hasn’t been himself ever since I had him groomed. My dog complains every time I give him a bath. His skin has white scabs like he was burnt. His hair has started to grow now after 6 months and it’s growing in patches and very thin and keeps falling off. My dog will never feel or look the same because I took him to this company that do not hire expert groomers and used products that burnt my dogs skin. I’m very frustrated over this 😡

Was met with argumentative attendants more than once at the grooming salon, general dissatisfaction with their job as usual, lazy poor sarcastic attitudes. I don't need resistance when I am trying to get a service, I am a paying customer. Grooming attendant did everything in her power to deter me from getting my little obedient dogs nails done, including calling her manager after asking me multiple questions to deter me from getting the job done. The manager subsequently came in like a b##$%#% on wheels,with her headphones and threw me out of the store, she told me I wasn't welcome in her store don't ever come again. I may have raised my voice in frustration towards her grooming salon attendance but the fault wasn't on the paying customer it was on the attendant who obviously hates her job, hates pets, and hates literally everything. I told this bulldozer of a woman not to worry I wouldn't put myself through the aggravation again and I certainly won't lose anything not coming to her store, which also wasn't her store, she doesn't own it. Pathetic experience, I had been going there multiple times already for food and grooming services because it's convenient and close by I have never been happy with the groomers, the cashiers on the other hand are sweet and polite.

Petsmart Flatiron is the worst! I tell myself to NOT go back and in a pinch I do and hate myself for it!! The worst check out, the most imept people- Imagine having check out b so oainful, i would never ise any of their services!

DO NOT BUY FISH OR PLANTS OR DECOR... everything I've bought from this place is bad the fish in bought had MASSIVE ICK which no matter what I died they did not to mention the emotional stress it brought to my family trying to save them fish and then plants in bought had bugs which infested my snails tank!!!! Again more stress on top of the other... And then decor has metal in it which almost killed my fish I've had for 5 yrs!!!! My dog treats had maggots on it. This place is a horror for fish!!!! Anything living!!! Betta fish in tiny cups half alive which is unreal these are beautiful exotic fish!!!! This company should not sell anything living!!! The stuff are not trained at all and just give advice how ever they choose to... I almost lost my beautiful fish I've had for yrs THINK TWICE READ TWICE before you got to this store.. Your local store will provide better service and products!!!

Every two weeks. I order my dog food then pick it up. Last time. It smelled soooo bad. Opened the bag and there were maggots and a worm. I tried reaching out to them privately and got a message on Twitter who pushed it to the store and I got a canned email and I tried to call them back and was on eternal hold. Still no resolution. I even have video.

Looked up a $10 item online at PETSMART and was informed there were 'a few' in stock, I planned to buy that few. Go to the store, shelf is empty. Very pleasant young woman offers to help, she looks in the store room and any other place they may be, after about 10 minutes she tells me they don't appear to have any so I enquire through a message on social media about the item. They tell me to go back to the store and look again, also tells me to call the store. Store doesn't answer phones after 25 or 30 rings however over 3 days I get 7 responses messaging for me to go to store or call them about the item, how many times am I going to be told the same thing? Going somewhere else for the item, been wasting my time for days, simply tell me you don't have any and leave it at that so I can move on. Staff is wonderful, their inventory systems terrible.

My cat Lola LOVES the temptation treats so much. When she gets stuck under the bed it's what motivates her to get out!! I even made a YouTube video for her "Miss Lola stuck under the bed" by AngelaZ :-)
