We bought 15 fish at petsmart florence, Ky. all of are fish died but one. They dead at a pace of about two per day within less than two weeks. We didn't return fish because who stores dead fish for a week before returning them. We live 45 minutes away from PetSmart so we didn't have the availability to return them. What is strange is while purchasing them another person behind us told us it was a bad place to buy fish they had issues too. Do not recommended buying fish from there, over $55.00 wasted. We will not ever buy fish there again!

First time they lost my reservation second proof of vaccination my vet sent wasn’t the right one

Bought a bearded dragon. It died 3 wks later. Called to explain that the kits they sell for reptiles contains bulbs that cause radiation making the reptiles sick. The assistant manager, Ashley laughed at me. I guess they have master degrees working at petsmart and know everything. Called back to speak to the manager, Travis. He hung up on me before I could even explain. So I had to call someone over that entire store to get help and I hope they are all fired by next week. Worse customer service ever. DO NOT BUY ANIMALS HERE

Your employees in your grooming department traumatized my yorkipoo . I brought her in for her very cut you kepts her for ten hours . She wasn't the same for a week. Very unprofessional lack of experience. I'm with Petco and much happier with levels of education and experience will never ever go back to PETSMART BOOO

Low employment no one answers phones when your calling for 15minutes. Employees there aren't great in customer service.

I ordered male wrap diapers on Thursday and paid 34-35.00 for next day delivery. We were critically low for our elderly dog. We got a notice it wasn’t coming until Monday. Monday came and the driver said the address said 28 but it was supposed to be 23. I’m unsure who screwed up the label. And I’m not sure why I even paid 35.00 extra dollars for next day. Ordered Thursday still waiting on order Monday night. Supposidely the address got corrected and it will come Tuesday. I guess my nephews dog is walking around in soaking wet diapers. THANKS PETSMART!

Pet smart Richmond Hill. 2nd time they cancel grooming my dog same day as the appointment. Totally disregarding me taking time off from work. They did not apologized or offered another appointment. Never going back there again .

This is for the Pet Smart in the Bronx in Pelham The Banfield employees have no damn common sense and here’s the biggest thing I don’t like sorry doesn’t help apologies don’t help when you call on a Thursday and still haven’t gotten a call and it’s a Saturday they don’t care about your pets We left a message they never called us back I have to call them but you’re quick to take the money out of my card with no problem check yourself checked your staff especially check the doctor and make sure they get there messages
