Qué le puedo decir el daño que le hicieron a mi animalito me lo hicieron un corte totalmente trasquilado no me molesta el corte es hacia el maltrato que tuvieron con mi persona siendo hispana en este caso soy…..yo por no haber hablado inglés solamente estoy reclamando mis derechos por que no pueden hacer el corte a mi perrita tuve que yo llamar a la policía antes me amenazaron me dijo que me fue me botaron como si fuera un perro estaba muy nerviosa desde que entré ahí recibí malas caras vibra recibí mala cara maltrato tuve que llamar hasta la oficial de policía porque cuando fui me retire a mi perrita no me la atendieron nunca por cierto me hicieron fue un trasquilado nunca lo bañaron y me botaron como un perro más me dijeron que si yo no me iba iban a llamar a la policía y me amenazaron si yo haber dicho nada solo le dije a las señora que no era acta de atender a mi perrita y si les deje que estaban locas que no era justo tener el negocio abierto esta tienda no tiene ni son actos de atención de animales su personal no son profesionales y las amenazas están de más …… reclamos a la tienda ubicada en PetSmart, South US Highway 17 92, Casselberry, Florida

Never again! Silverado Ranch grooming salon in Las Vegas called to tell me they couldn’t take my dog at the reserved appointment time, but if i could get there in 15 min., they would fit me in. When i flew over there, they ‘didn’t notice’ that she had a stage 2 heart murmur, even though she has been there monthly for the last 3 months. They refused to take her this time, and I’m done. Horrible customer service - they let you know every visit that they’re doing you a favor to groom your dog. In all my years as a pet owner, I’ve never had such a poor experience and will be shopping small business from now on - many alternatives out there. Shame on you Petsmart - you lost a valuable customer with 2-3 dogs at any given time.

Let me start with, "I Really Love PetSmart!" for everything else but GROOMING! We have an older Persian cat. They have groomed her in the past, but today they said that she had a "breathing problem" so they didn't want to groom her. She is a "Persian!" - she always has a breathing problem! I tried to talk to the tech about her breathing but all she would say is that they could not groom any pet that looked like they were in stress! What pet is being groomed that does not have any stress?? I have not seen them turn away any dog for stress. Maybe, the tech just had a “thing” about grooming cats? Is this a case of cat discrimination? If I could give their grooming section less than one star - I would!

Bad bussiness ! I spent my hard earned money ( $42.00) on 6 cans of presciption dog food and had to put my dog down a couple of days later. I asked to get a refund ( lost the receipt) and they said they won't give a refund, only give store credit. I don't have any use for store credit because my only pet has died. They are a ripoff !

We had the most beautiful Maltipoo and took him for grooming at Pet Smart, at the Empress Walk (Yonge & Sheppard) location. Not only did they do a really bad job with grooming, but also they cut him around the neck and nose. They called us and complained that he is biting and they need extra staff and we were shocked since he’s never had this complaint from other groomers. He is a small breed and very calm. We had to take him to the vet after as the cut had become worse, and found out that he also has an ear infection, might be the result of water going inside of his ears as a result of grooming. We are still very upset by the work they did and when I went there to talk to the manager, he just said that “these types of things happen!!!!” Never trust them and never leave your pet there!

The grooming service is terrible and terrifying. One of the technicians stated to me that she knew from the computer notes that there were supposed to be two people with my dog while grinding his nails. Because one person went against the notes and tried to do it alone, my dog up slipped off the table and was hanged for several terrifying moments until another person rushed over to lift him back. And this is what they do when the customer is watching.

I have been to pet smart many times in the past year. It is fine if you know what you want and where to find it but if you need help in any way forget it. The only one who can help.you is on cash and will be glad to take your money. I go to pet value and Renn now. They are smaller but provide help when needed. Bye bye Pet Smart..... Err I mean Pet Stupid
