Location : 4854 TX-121, Lewisville, TX 75056 Groomer : Raquel Highly disappointed in my grooming services today at this location! First , i should’ve known it’ll be a problem when after i booked my appointment the groomer called me immediately and asked me to come earlier bc she felt she wouldn’t have enough time to groom him. Why make the appointment time available if its not truly available? I agreed bc i wanted to be as accommodating as possible. Fast forward, I get to the appointment and we discuss the cut i desired for my dog, which was a low cut but only trim his tail and face hair… i picked my dog up (about 2 hrs later, which usually his appointments take longer) and this is what i see! Literally shaved bald. Even his tail is completely shaved! It’s to the point where i feel he doesn’t even recognize himself, literally his behavior has been different since we got home. Then on top of that she tried to charge EXTRA for de-matting when he was not severely matted like she tried to say after this awful cut nor did she de-mat him , she simply just shaved him bald!!! Also i guess to try to change the subject , she said he was aggressive like literally they can read all of his other grooming reports at their company my dog has never been an aggressive dog or has ever showed any signs of aggression EVER!! Literally this is the worst experience I have ever had. I truly feel Raquel rushed and did the easiest cut for my dog just so she can hurry up and get off. Also, he did not smell clean

Unbelievably terribly experience with the grooming group at Riverhead PetSmart. Not only with the service BUT ALSO with how they handled our dissatisfaction with their service. Took our Newfoundland for a full groom (bath and full cut w/ shaving). He was groomed only 2 months prior and so was NOT unkempt but he did have some matting. When we dropped him off, the groomer immediately stated "We are going to need to shave him down completely", which is crazy in and of itself and pointed to her not wanting to groom but rather take the quick route. We made it clear that we would accept an aggressive shaving IF THAT WAS NECESSARY to get the dog groomed, but that we would want him groomed in such a way that he would maintain the Newf styling. We agreed fully that he could be shaved if needed and signed to that effect. We dropped our dog and left for our other appointments only to have multiple calls 30 minutes later (which we could not take due to other appointments) stating that the dog could not be groomed and that they needed to shave him down fully. (This is a 5 year old well looked after dog who has NEVER needed "to be fully shaved down"). What is clear to us that happened is that a completely inexperienced groomer took the clippers to the dogs belly, shaved him unprofessionally and unevenly (photos to support) and then realized that she had gone too far on the belly and now would now need to completely shave the whole animal to make him look even vaguely like a dog. When we finally got the opportunity to call them back we told them that we had already granted permission to shave as necessary before we left the store the first time. They argued that point and we then went to retrieve our dog. What we found was the dog completely unevenly groomed and done in such a way that to complete his cut they would have HAD TO SHAVE HIM COMPLETELY to match the botched work they started. Clearly, they got spooked that oh crap... we messed up and now have no idea how to not make this look like a disaster. They quit before they got in any deeper into trouble. But the damage was done. When we calmly spoke to the "manager on site" regarding the entire event, she wanted nothing to do with an unhappy customer from the get go and proceeded to tell us that her three staff members told a different version of the events and that effectively we should go pound sand. We asked for her name and she reluctantly gave it (no name badge). We asked for her manager's name and she resisted until we made it clear that we would find that person one way or another. When we reached for a piece of paper to write the names down on to follow up tomorrow (today is Sunday) we were scolded for reaching and taking their paper and pen for this purpose. They clearly are trying to cover up a massively horrible job and at no point was there any effort to simply acknowledge the mistake and try and make some form of effort to work with us on some resolution. So today we have the dog home with half a belly fully shaved. Half of two legs partially shaved. And now needing to find someone to finish this mess in any way possible and I cant imagine how anyone can do anything now other than FULLY SHAVE THE DOG DOWN because Petsmart has completely clueless groomers. If they couldn't handle a Newfoundland then they should never have taken him in. Period! Experimenting and trial and error is NOT acceptable and not owning up to this complete failure as a manager should be grounds for termination. If there is a senior Petsmart staffer reviewing these posts you can surely review your onsite camera for the play by play. Disgusting and you should be held accountable for the incompetence of your staff and for the disregard your managers and staff have for the customer. We are not done on this matter and will see this through until the matter is resolved to OUR SATISFACTION.

2 weeks ago I was at the store at 100 Oaks in Nashville, TN & purchased 8 cans of dog food. When the cashier rang them up, she put all 8 cans in 1 bag. I asked her not to do that, she gave me a bad look, took only 2 cans out & put them in another bag. When I asked her to double bag the first one, once again she got an attitude. ! week ago I went to the same store to get some pp pads that were on sale. The sign stated "Buy one get 2nd for 50% off" When I got to the cashier, they rand up the reg. price. I explained to the cashier about the sale sign & she said "That is for members only". The sign stated nothing about being for members only. I didn't want to join due to I don't shop petsmart alot. She forced me to sign up to get the sale price & never called for a manager or anything to verify what I saw. I will never be back to that store.

Horrible absolutely horrible. I needed my dog to get groomed so I set up an appointment 2 weeks in advance. When time came I drove half an hour to petsmart store to get my dog groomed. Turned out they didn’t have a reservation made even though I talked to them and they gave me the date and time yet for some reason they didn’t make a reservation. Like what? How do you mess that up? Absolutely horrible. Don’t waste your time

returned items. Never got refunded after 10 days of waiting. Called store said had to contact customer service. Called than called Corp. They said have to call customer service. Customer service said call bank. no refund posted. Corp said she would take care of it after talking to them 3 times. No return call. One store was contacted by Corp refunded instantly on bank. Waited for other store to contact me, they received no call. Talked to store manager said can't do it other store did. Talked to new manager telling me to do previous steps. Talked to another manager after arguing he finally refunded my money. My whole day gone after all these calls

Avoid PetSmart! Terrible customer service. Screwing around with prescription dog food order. Details follow. I placed a reorder for prescription dog food in early July. The online order asked for the prescription (even though it was a reorder) and it would not upload ( tried from two computers from two different places). I called and was assured I didn’t need to upload it since it was on file. A week later I received an email telling me the order was on hold pending a prescription. I emailed it and called again. The representative said he released the order for shipping and fedex confirmed it. Today I get an email canceling the order due to lack of prescription and non response from vet !! So I’m trying to figure out how to get the food quickly. The last thing the 12 yo dog needs is a change in food on top of cancer, heart disease, thyroid and gi issues. I call again and ask why in the world would they do this after confirming with fedex that it had been shipped. The representative tells me it wasn’t cancelled and has no idea why I received the email. I will try to secure the food from somewhere as a backstop and keep monitoring the fedex tracking it. But this is nuts.
