I placed a order for delivery, and it was screwed up by there website. Part was delivered, and my other order was set for pickup. When I talked to an employee nobody was willing to help me. I was told I would have to pick up the order or let it fall off my card in 3 to 4 days. I lost my cash back and discount, because it would exspire. I have had issues before with delivery before.

Pet Groomer's Cut Was Horrifying . Save your pet from their unprofessional groomer service! I went in to get my Maltese groomed and I came back to a Poodle. I was told like other customers that my dog was matted when I brush him ever day. I thought they were going to trim him low and instead his came home with butchered fur. His face was butchered and hacked He had bad clipper burns on his face, neck and under arms. His rectal area was swollen and red . He could not even sit on his little butt for two days. Called the Vet to get skin emollients to ease his clipper burns and rectal area The Animal Humane Society should charge them for animal cruelty! Shame on this Big Name Corporation (Pet Smart) for letting customers Trust in their services.

Horrible customer service and not very smart about there online ordering. Right hand has no idea of what left hand is doing. Will not be ordering online or shopping in there store's anymore. Enough is enough.

I usually go and get Crickets (the big ones) I usually take 40 count. And It's enough for my chickens for 2 days at least. Last 2 times I went I ordered 40 and it seems less, so I went back the next week to get more, and thus time some woman (white with black hair,tall) came with the face of " who is bothering me now! And I asked her to give me 60 Crickets. She rush during the whole counting process and gave me a tiny bag with probably 20 and I said: I didn't day 16 , I wanted 60. Well, she hurry againg to get like 2 little scoop and closed it up. That sorry bag didn't even look like the usual 40 Crickets that I get. I went home and counted it myself and there were only 38 too bad my chickens saw them, and that Pet Smart is far from my house( Pet Smart in Yolp, Jacksonville, N. C) I paid good money each time I go there, so they can cheat me with crickets? Not going BACK

I go to the petsmart location in Staten Island NY. They have the worst customer service! Manager is horrible and nasty and won’t accept any returns past the 60d. Even unopened items like canned dog food. They won’t even give merchandise credit which is what they are supposed to do past the 60days. The manager, Marie, is rude and loud. She gives nothing but attitude and tells the customer that you should of read the receipt and how I should learn to read. I won’t be going back to any of the petsmart locations. Don’t need the aggravation! I can have my dogs items mailed to me from chewy or petco and my dog is very spoiled!

My snake died from a neurological issue due to inbreeding and I haven’t stopped crying. Rest In Peace Ganja. Stop inbreeding.

my boyfriend and i went to a petsmart in bell creeck and the two young women who served us were very rude and refused to sell us the fish we wanted, they didn't even apologize or greet us when we left, my opinion is because we were a latina and a black man, for me it was racism.

Three years ago brought my rescue for first grooming and had a terrific experience. Subsequent visits became problematic with nicking from shave of belly that caused an infection that lead to atbs and surgery.I tried out other locations with fair to good results. As Covid wanned getting an appointment was problematic but we finally got one... then..the bather would not cut off three small mats. I had to take my dog home, cut off mats, and rebook...a long commute. So I switched to another company who did a fairly good job. When I noticed our first Pet Smart groomer was back in operation, I thought we had resolved our search. For this most recent visit, in spite of requests and cautions about wet ears causing ear infections and not to shave his belly too close, our pup returned with wet ears, a coarsely done face and fanny with loose wisps, strands and a belly with a shave and choppy cut, the scissoring(?) was uneven all over. His plummed tail was more lobbed than usual. We're pleased they DID accomplish the sanitation cut. I heard our guy was a bit combative with brushing...so I will give the benefit of doubt. I'm just surprised and disappointed with the quality of this haircut.
