Worst customer service I’ve experienced. I would have given them a negative stars.. but not available. I was returning a bag of dog food. I didn’t have my receipt. So the cashier looked it up and printed off a copy. Then I was told because I didn’t provide the receipt they would only put the amount owing on a store credit. Remember she has a duplicate copy from their system. But because she had to take 30 seconds to look it up . No refund for me. So I will never shop there again. The store credit I literally gave to the customer behind me. Because I will never shop there again.

Used Petsmart online pharmacy for some meds. Horrible experience. Turns out the vet we use will not work with online pharmacies, so Petsmart went ahead and cancelled the order. Had to mail in a physical copy of the prescription. Took 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to reinitiate the order. 4 days after placing the order, am calling again to check in on the status of the order which just says processing. Customer service tells me they are out of stock and have no idea when it will be back in. Unacceptable. Placed on hold again, start the entire process again with the pharmacy team who first tell me my order was cancelled. Then that the medication is in stock, but she cannot find it in my account, despite it showing in my account online. Then finally says that the meds are allegedly shipping today but cannot tell me when they will arrive. So net net, 7 calls in total. Almost a month now since the prescription was filled and no follow up from Petsmart. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.

I took my Bichon to Westside clinic,the doctor overcharged me,did an exam and never treated his yeast infection and sent him home, I tried PetSmart Eastside clinic, they charged me for another exam, suggested I buy oatmeal shampoo,prescribed a10day antibiotic that didn't work,my pet still have an infection,is uncomfortable so I found a different vet hospital.

Paid $73.00 at the City Place location for grooming service worst cut I have ever received from PetSmart cut plugs out of his ears and then didn't even try to even them up. I will have to let his hair grow all the way out to get it fixed. I paid for grinding my little Havachon nails that didn't happen. I am so disappointed I should have just waited until the Arlington store had an opening. I will never use them again. When I picked Mister up she was calling him the crazy dog he is still a puppy and very active if he was to much she could have called me and I would have picked him up rather than taking my money and messing up his cut.

i have always gone to pet smart for any of my snakes need (wich is only food and beding) i got my ball python here and i am going to keep him for a long time for i love him and i have allwayys hade a good time at your stors

My very first appointment for my dog Pepper, which is a Schnauzer was made almost 4 days in advance. I brought my dog in at the appointed time of 9 AM on the 22 of August 2022. I was told that the dog would be ready in about 3 hours and they would give me a call. I took it upon myself to go to the groomer at 1:30 as I had not heard anything from them. This is 4.5 hours later. I ask about the dog and I was given an answer of the girl has to finish up she’s at lunch. I replied the dog has been here 4.5 hours, why isn’t he finished. Then I was told, that some other customer had a special need or something of that nature. I was told to come back at 2:30 which would have been 5.5 hours after having dropped the dog off at 9 A.M. I asked for them to get me the dog, they brought the dog out, the dog was under duress as he did not walk out but was dragged across the floor. The girl didn’t even look to see if he was walking, he’s a miniature and should have been carried out. I said to the girls, they haven’t done anything to this dog! My dog sat in a cage for 4.5 hours and hadn’t even be given a bath yet, and I’m being told come back in an hour and a half and he will be done? Meanwhile there are 2 girls there who are taking car of dogs before mine was. I only used Petsmart Grooming because of Banfield is located in your establishment and thought I would give your company a try. Not only that, but I received an email at about 2pm saying my dogs appointment has been cancelled. SERIOROUSLY? I’m so totally angry, I am going to do all within my power that this grooming service is exposed first of all for animal cruelty, having a dog sit in a cage for 4.5 hours. Then for openly lying to a customer while they are manicuring or grooming other dogs ahead of my dog. If I could give a ZERO I would have.

I have not had a single friend tell me they had a good experience with Petsmart grooming. The first time I went it was fine, but the second time I went it was not definitely fine at all. The staff was rude and refused to say my dog's name right even when I corrected them which was just odd? Then they told me to pick him up in a few hours, but just 2 hours later they were calling and rushing me to pick up my dog, assuring me they weren't going to give him food or water. When I got there he was still damp, barely brushed out, didn't smell clean, and was still shedding like crazy despite the fact that we paid for the de-shedding brush out. After giving me a dirty look when I corrected them on what his name was again (I literally said it when I showed up, then they said it wrong immediately--it felt like they were correcting me on my own dog's name) they told me they didn't cut his back claws because he was too anxious. This was not a problem the first time. I should have listened to my friends and not have gone back. I would never recommend this place, and I've warned fellow dog owners not to go. Save the money and take your pet to a vet that does grooming, I promise they'll do a better job and my local vet is even cheaper than Petsmart.

Terrible customer service. Grooming was atrocious at cypress location. Left our dog half shaved because they were over crowded and he got stressed. Do not go there for grooming. Very inexperienced young kids!
