I took my toy poodle to Pet Smart in Clarksville, TN to be groomed. Josee did a beautiful job. Sweetie hadn’t been professionally groomed in a long time due to health issues in the family. I am very happy with the the folks at Pet Smart and highly recommend Josee.

Great work by Hailey C at Arden, NC!
I take my Pembroke welsh corgi, Regan, (A rescue dog) to Hailey C at the PetSmart in Arden, NC. She is always very caring and does a great job with Regan when she is at the grooming salon. I really appreciate Hailey and the great job she does!

NEVER Order From Them!
Received my online order for home delivery today. Box #1 had 54 lbs of dry cat food. On top of the food they had placed 6 plastic canisters of Temptations treats (thin, fragile plastic), with nothing to protect the canisters. They ended up crushed, broken, shards and splinters of plastic with the treats spilled in the box. Over $60 of ruined product due to stupidity of box packing. Now I have a choice- pack it up and take to a fedex location or bring the mess to the petsmart store 10 miles away. That will get me a refund, but I lose out on the bonus rewards points promotion which was the reason I ordered. I will NEVER order from them again.

Don't shop there.
The animals are in such poor conditions, not to mention the false information being shared about the animals and there requirements, be truthful about what they need to thrive.
(Also just a side note if any pet store/breeder doesn't sell you an animal, you need to do more research most likely.)

Maltese banned
My dog is a Maltese, age 18 months and 10 pounds. She is being denied service because she nips at the clippers and some other comment put in her file. Trying to get main office and the store to explain the policy and why a lap dog is too much for trained staff. Nothing but run around and no answers but my dog's file is noted so it is a problem getting her seen elsewhere.
These type dogs are not aggressive. The dogs are small at any age- is it that the staff is unsure about handling a small dog? Shouldn't trained staff be able to manage a small dog or have ways to do so? Looks like the updated grooming protocols made in 2018 after complaints of mishandling pets was a show or handling small dogs is not a skill set at the location near me.
Whatever the problem is, my dog needs to go somewhere and flagging a puppy that does not bite is a bit much. If the store near me or none of the other stores can manage her then aren't you all supposed to suggest a vet or something? That would make sense and be a better customer service move than denying service and making other pet store grooming competitors hesitant with your flag in her notes. Or is that your intent? Make it difficult on me, my dog, and for your competitors to make money from your inability to manage a small dog that is more bark than bite?

Product broken with no results
I purchased a cat fountain from Petsmart less than 2 months ago and it has already stopped working. The customer service was less than stellar and I was told they could do nothing for me. It's really sad when a large company like this doesn't even bother to take care of their customers. Unfortunately they have lost one.

Discrimination in Aquatics
I was discriminated against by Marlana Rotolo and her staff. I attempted to purchase a tiger tail guppy today for my daughter. I mentioned that I wanted something to go with a betta fish and the sales rep said he was uncomfortable selling the fish to me and to ask someone else in the office for help. The exchange lasted less than a minute because he quickly decided he wasn't going to assist me. So, I went to the office, apologized for interrupting them, and told them that I needed help getting a fish but the other rep didn't want to help me. They all just looked at me initially, then Marlana Rotolo the assistant store leader asked what fish I wanted with an obvious attitude. I didn't know the name of the fish so I had to show her. She must have overheard when I mentioned having a betta fish because she said that you can't put any fish with a betta. When Marlana Rotolo asked if I had a separate tank, I told her that I did. That should have been the end of it. But Marlana Rotolo didn't believe me and argued that I had previously said I didn't have a separate tank, which is untrue. At no point did the previous rep ask me if I had a separate tank, he just heard betta and decided not to assist me. At that point I felt like I was being discriminated against and I was feeling very angry. Marlana Rotolo then asked what type of separate tank I had, and I said it was a princess castle tank, which is the tank I originally purchased for my betta. Then she asked if I had a filter and I told her that I was just trying to get the fish my daughter wanted before she got home from school, I wasn't feeling well, and I had a day full of meetings ahead. I didn't feel like I needed to be interrogated and had never had that experience when shopping for fish elsewhere. She became condescending and started telling me that it would be a waste of money and it wouldn't be good for my daughter to have the fish die. At that point, she was out of line and I was offended. I didn't want to answer any more questions because she clearly wasn't trying to help me. Marlana Rotolo was too uncomfortable with me or what she perceived my setup at home to be to assist me. Marlana Rotolo did not attempt to make me comfortable as the customer, or help me reach a positive resolution. Marlana Rotolo and all the staff there need to receive training so they can learn to be more empathetic and customer-centric.
