Petsmart bought chewy.com and 2017 for $3.35 Billion dollars.
And from that time on the customer service from Chewy.com went down extremely.
Everybody I get on the phone are liars and crooks, They are selling those old products petsmart has in their warehouse for 10 years and more, Especially the advantage II, It's extremely old there's no smell anymore and it does not work they said they will not replace it.
I paid $154.- dollars And have no use for the outdated old product absolutely disgusting.

I was a repeat grooming customer…
I was a repeat grooming customer Petsmart Stapleton. Today I went in for a drop off and they refused to groom the dog. The dog had small matts around his jaw and face so I asked grooming manager Kelley just to avoid his head and face altogether and groom the rest of the dog. Kelley said Petsmart policy requires her to always wash and brush the dog’s head if she grooms the rest of the dog (?!). No exceptions. She went to get the store assistant manager who confirmed that there was such a rule regarding the dog’s head but that even though he did have the rule in writing, some Petsmart written rules cannot be shared w/the owner of the dogs to whom those rules apply. I went out to the parking lot and called Natacia a groomer at Petsmart Wadsworth and Maria a groomer at Petsmart Alameda and both of those two Petsmart groomers confirmed more than once that Petsmart (including Stapleton) does not have a rule like that in place and that individual groomers make that choice when they evaluate the dog. The grooming salon at Petsmart Stapleton lies to customers. They enforce rules on pets that are not available to read and that do not appear anywhere in the disclosure form customers are required to sign. Neither the Assistant manager nor the groomer Kelley could tell me if the “secret rules” were enforced in addition to or in lieu of the written rules on the disclosure form that Petsmart requires customers to sign. I would never trust the unskilled crew of liars and incompetent, failed groomers at Stapleton Petsmart. You probably shouldn’t either. So think twice and don’t get burned by Stapleton Petsmart.

Disappointing visit
I am a firm believer that some people should not work in customer service if they don’t care for people. The guy who helped me was friendly but you could tell that the girl at the register would rather not be. She was unfriendly and gave off the vibe that she was bothered. Another employee was standing near by. As a male customer started to walk toward that employee standing close, she told him “here that man comes to ask 25 more questions, you better run”. Her tone when she said it was flat out rude!! I frequent this Petsmart a lot because it is so close to my house but if I can get the products I need for my dog elsewhere, I will.

Neglected and Abused Animals
I am absolutely horrified at what I’ve seen the last 3 days.
On Wednesday, the cat adoption center was disgusting. It had obviously been days (if not weeks) since their cages had been cleaned. One poor cat’s litter was clumped together with days’ worth of feces. Another cat has a poop stain on his chest fur-I smelled him. A few had been adopted, but their cages were still full of dirty litter and poop.
I tried to express my concerns to the manager, Allan, but he brushed me off with “we’re trying to work on it, we’re short-staffed.” I don’t care if you’re short-staffed; the animals are your FIRST PRIORITY.
After seeing how bad the cats were, I checked on the small animals. The parakeets were totally out of seed or had filthy water. The Guinea pigs had NO water. The hamster cages were disgusting. I went back to the store to see if things had been fixed. The cats had been taken care of. That’s it.
The same animals from Wed night had no food or water. The cashier was on her phone. I asked to speak to the store manager, Bradley. He said he wasn't going to make excuses; he “made a bad choice and didn't think about checking the small mammals for food and water before he did a deep cleaning in the cat adoption room.” The pet care worker was JUST starting to do food and water at 3 pm, 20 hours after I called corporate and SIX HOURS AFTER THEY OPENED. The fish looked terrible too.
I told the store manager I know everywhere is short-staffed right now. But if you can’t make sure that your animals are fed and have water—you shouldn’t have these animals.
HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW HOW TO DELEGATE AND PRIORITIZE THINGS SO YOUR ANIMALS—AT THE VERY LEAST—HAVE FOOD AND WATER?!
He said he has to have a “coaching conversation” with whomever was supposed to take care of the cats. (The nice way of saying this employee was getting a write-up.) But if YOU—the MANAGER—can’t make sure that they’re okay after a week or however long it’s been? You both should be fired.
I went back today to see if they’d fixed everything.
Today, 2 cats had disgusting litter again. Another one’s water was dirty. The small mammals had mostly been taken care of, but one hamster was out of water. I brought it up to Allan, and he said that it shouldn’t be, they just took care of them yesterday. Then he blamed it on a leaky water bottle and said he would “get to it when they had a chance” as “they were extremely busy and short-staffed; there are only 3 people working.” They always only schedule 3 people on mid-shifts, or at least that’s how it was 8 years ago. They also weren’t busy at all while we were there. There were less than 5 people/families in the store. My best friend and I mentioned how they had several dead fish—he blamed it on a new delivery. (Same with 95% of the crickets being dead.) I mentioned the betta water, which according to Bradley—the store manager—was supposed to be changed on Wednesday. Allan blamed it on the lights that sit below them (which weren’t even on) making the betta water go bad in 2 days. Half of them were fine; they obviously just haven’t taken care of them. He was extremely rude the whole time.
I don’t know why it’s so hard for these PET STORE employees to take care of the pets. I get being short-staffed; not having inventory put out on the floor or having a dirty/messy store is understandable. Not feeding or watering the animals, not providing clean litter or bedding, not pulling dead fish so the others don’t get sick—that is inexcusable. Period. Bradley and Allan both should not be working for a pet store. It should not take me, a customer, going back every day to make sure these animals are getting the care they need.

Bad Grooming Job and Unprofessional Manager
Worst groom my dog has ever had. Petsmart in Moline IL. (Schnauzer)Shaggy, uneven, almost razor burn on one leg, beard not clean and not trimmed, totally unacceptable. I have brought my 2 small dogs to Petsmart for several years and never had such a bad groom. Plus he acted so weird when we got home, hid from me the rest of the night which made me wonder if he had been handled roughly. Took him back next day for fix, talked to manager who acted like she was mad at me and only said we will get him redone other than that what can we do for you. I said I would at least like an acknowledgment that it was not a good grooming job. She acted like I was just complaining for no reason. But nothing, not even an apology. She said this is their newest groomer, and I have sympathy for that, but it seems new groomers should be monitored for their work quality and if necessary provide more training. The fixed groom was very nice thanks to Kaitlin but I may still have to find a different groomer for my dogs after the way I was treated when I expressed my disappointment and then treated like I was just an annoyance. I think the groomer needs more training time and the manager needs classes in polite customer service, or just being polite in general.

Petsmart took my money for an online…
Petsmart took my money for an online order, that was out of stock. Then they tell me it's going to be 3-5 days to refund my account. Just avoid the headache of this garbage store and shop at a locally owned store. I will ABSOLUTELY NEVER shop a Petsmart again.

This review is solely based on online…
This review is solely based on online orders. So I received my delivery today and I noticed something was off. The packaged box of 22lbs of Nutrience Care kibble and couple of toys were much smaller than usual. Upon opening that’s when it became very clear why it was crammed into a smaller size box. IT IS ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE & UNACCEPTABLE! HOW CAN YOU SHIP A PRODUCT WHICH IS DOG FOOD THAT’S BEEN FULLY TEARED OPENED THEN TAPED BACK UP?! There’s always something wrong with online orders. Either being sent EXPIRED FOOD or the WRONG & DAMAGED ITEMS. Totally defeats the purpose of the convenience from ordering online when I now have to return this garbage in store! For reference, my order was shipped from the Mississauga location.
