Well I brought my maltipoo in December of last year 202I. August 1. He is a rescue from Lodi the most beautiful sweet puppy in the world. I took him in to Rocklin petsmart because Roseville was booked out. I take my daughters Samoyed to Roseville. But her groomer left for another state. We put in notes with the new groomers not to-thim out her tail do not trim do not cut off the ends of her tail and verbal . All was done to tail against our wishes .when we picked her up her tail was still wet. Than ask to finish the blow dry. Well with a huff and buff they did. Found out her tail was basically butchered. We made a comment. But paid and gave a tip. Back to my maltipoo. 4 months I had him approaching Christmas 2021. I toke him into the Rocklin ca because Roseville was booked. Asking for a bath and a slight trim. A silhouette. Went over in detail do not shave him I brush him twice a day he is more poodle. Kinky fur. I was assured no problem he looks good. I get back to pick him up. And he was shaved. His face his paws his butt to the pink. I was In Shock. The groomer went on to insult me saying don’t you ever brush him he was matte. Bull they called me asking to see if i could bring him in earlier. I couldn’t. So she seemed to be double booked. She didn’t have the time to brush him out so she’s shaved him. No call no informing me just took it upon herself. . What. I was devastated when I picked him up i was so confused. I rescued my puppy a few months . I cried in my car I had to look twice to see if this was my puppy. He does this lil skip while walking or i would not of thought it was him. just gets sick on car rides and my daughter and I have take our previous puppy’s of 25 years to petsmart. And bansfield. So this was a shock. I got home and my husband you loves this puppy said why would any one do this. He called the store They apologized and gave a refund of The charge. But you can not put a charge on abuse. My puppy was devastated and licking his butt got two months and it was Christmas I had to purchase sweaters to cover him on walks. So I am a I give back chances one bad groomer doesn’t make a bad salon . I booked in Lincoln . Ca I am on the way. I was called, told you can not bring him here. There is an altercation on your file. So my puppy is abused I’m abuse and they are punching the client for one groomer. Btw that should of been fired further more another groomer McKensie at the Roseville ca site on several occasions man handing small puppy’s. Bobbing them in The head slapping them talking abusive telling then to knock it off as she is shaving their behind. I don’t talk to my puppy like this let alone getting a groomer which we are supposed to trust. She was pulling On their front legs and shaking them scolding. . I said to the cashier she needs to stop. This isn’t the first time seen her do this. No comment. And I said. You know maybe a little love and kind word would calm him down. The pup looked traumatized. So my file after an apology from management, we have notes we have had multiple altercation and not a good fit. So after booking. On line confirmed I was told someone from Rocklin needs to call and clears this up. I call Rocklin they said they are calling now all should bf ok. So go to my appointment. The most rudest person that told me like I was a terrorist they canceled my appointment. They didn’t receive a call from the manager of Rocklin. To say we will not allow you here. So call Rocklin. . . Put on hold three times the third time they never came back to the phone after 20 minutes on hold. Call customer service I guess a call into the Rocklin store tomorrow. Oh that should help I talk to them three times. Oh we are calling the Lincoln store right now to clear this up. Never did. . Again.long story short. My puppy was abused to allow this groomer to justify her behavior and setting s precedence of other groomer or firing that groomer along with McKenzie. If I can save one owner and one pet from this behavior.thank God . Shame on petsmart for allowing bad service to allow

Went to the store and wanted to buy something that was on sale but they didn't have any in stock. I asked the cashier for a rain check and she said they did not give out rain checks anymore. I told her that was ridiculous, to advertise sales and not have any in stock and then refuse to give a rain check. Will never shop at PetSmart again.

I ordered wax worms through doordash from petsmart I received them on time doordash was great but I received the wax worms I purchased And over half of them are dead and black smushy, and they stink like rotten flesh, the whole container!!! I have a photo, just don't know how to do it.

We’ve taken my dog multiple times to Petsmart for grooming + was pleased with the results but this past time, it didn’t even look like our dog received a haircut at all… When we dropped him off, they confirmed the length/shortness for the grooming (same as previous times). We are quite disappointed + do not anticipate on continuing to be a Petsmart customer.

I would rather give a zero if that was there, they seem to have lost patience in grooming. I was taking them for last one year and things were ok. This time they have shaved both my puppies like summer and said that they have knots in their hair. Both of them look so bad like disease ridden with the way they have groomed them and it is so uneven. Very bitter experience. PetSmart fix your grooming staff. This is not expected and highly disappointed

I was rudely told not to bring my dog there anymore cause he is too old. I have gone there for three years and never had a problem till now. She did a lousy job also. She said Marley was too wobbly and she didn’t have the right equipment to do him. I would like a full refund and tip.

I got a new puppy just recently and I was a little nervous about taking her to be groomed. I called this morning and Lauren was able to squeeze Nayla in the same day. Just by Lauren’s attentiveness to Nayla, I knew she would be just fine. All the employees were so very kind and Lauren did such an excellent job. Nayla looked beautiful! I will definitely be a returning customer.

I made an appointment for my dog 1st grooming session. He is a Shih-tzu at Brook rd. Glen Allen va.. Absolutely the worst mistake in my life.. They gave him a Shave and put a PLUG in his fur.. I am Pissed it looks horrible.. then they said he won’t keep still so they only gave his body on 1 side a CUT. Ridiculous!! Unacceptable.. PERIOD.. Poor customer service and this Place should be SHUT DOWN.. They said they will give me a full refund.. BUT HAS NOT AS OF YET.. I’m gonna report this to better business bureau.. amMy dog is the sweetest lil thing you ever wanna play with.. he was shaking so bad when we got him back.. and didn’t even smell all that great.. Petsmart has lost my Business forever.. my final words.. GO ELSEWHERE.. if I could rate them it definitely would be a big ZERO
