I am a huge fan of these litter boxes. They save me so much time and trouble now that I don't need to clean them every day. I have 3 kittens, and after only a week, I decided I need to purchase 2 more so each one has their own.

We clean our fountain every week, add filtered water every 3-4 days and yet the foam filters are RED within 7 days. We have two PETKIT fountains, run them through the dishwasher and clean the pumps as directed yet BOTH are having a RED ALGAE around the bottom of the reservoir, inside the pumps. They didn’t answer our problem satisfactorily, just suggested bottled water move from sunlight which neither are in. Spent over 4 hours between dishwasher and hand cleaning. Not happy with customer service. As I mentioned, spent 4 hours cleaning so can’t take requested pictures for at least three days.

Was easy to order from the app. Difficult to track package. Customer care via email got back to me quickly. Waiting for response from logistics since package has not arrived yet.
