I love Petkey because of their commitment to our pets.

I ordered my pet id tag 4 weeks ago, when I called to check on order they told me I didn't have an account with them, when I said I know I do the lady was really rude and finally found it with my phone number because they had entered in the wrong micro-chip number. I was told I would receive my order by the end of last week but still nothing. I am hoping that I receive my id soon and that it is correct.

I have all my dogs registered with PetKey and I would recommend them.

I purchased a rescue pet and the organization provided the information to register the pet. However, I was asked for additional money (approximately 60 dollars). I did want the name tag which I planned on paying for but I did not plan on paying for the monitoring, which I believed I was getting with the cost of the the pet. The website would not allow me to advance without that information. It is also the fault of the shelter because they registered the pet under the name they gave him, not the name we gave him. Too much miscommunication!

When my dog was missing it was posted quickly.

found this provider adequate at this time. have not had to actually use the services as yet, fortunately. but got identifying tags in the mail fairly quickly.

you helped me find my dog back and super quickly .. so grateful !!

Have two little dogs , wouldn't want to be without Petkey!
