I had just adopted another young male cat, "Dusty". I was having difficulty accessing my account - as I had six months prior enrolled my other cat, "Rusty". The PetKey representative sent me a password reset link, then efficiently enrolled my newly adopted guy. I also took advantage of their Lifetime registration offer, saving me quite a bit of money. Very happy with their service, and knowing that my pets microchips are registered.
