Fast deliver after placing order

I became a new customer on June 30th 2018. I ordered two ID tags. Pink for girl and blue for boy. When the tags arrived in mail instead of receiving a pink for girl it was a black one. I ordered the wrong one by mistake not realizing it. I emailed petkey and immediately got a response that they would gladly mail me a pink tag for my female puppy regardless of it being my mistake. That made me happy that I was important enough for them to quickly response and correct my mistake free of charge with no questions asked.

They were awesome. I was called the next morning after bringing my puppy home. The associate I dealt with was very helpful and pleasant. Very nice company.

I had no problems setting up and making sure my dog was monitored. Years back i thought he handled it and knew nothing about the yearly fee. Got it all taken care of. Thanks so much. It should be mandatory. As a member of ASPCA it would help a great deal with abuse and thought lost pets. With all the weather problems and pets being left. Not that i could ever. But!

Very helpful when I called. Would have rated higher but the wait time to talk to someone was way to long!

Not sure what to rate here, because I don't have experience with this service.

So far my experiences with petKey has been truly wonderful!!!!

It was fast and I love my dogs name tag.
