Would be great if the items seen on the site such as dog tags could be shipped to Canada other than that no complaints

I had a billing problem, that was resolved in a matter of minutes via email. I have never in my 80 years had anything like this happen. The girl i dealt with was wonderful.

I do nit like this company. What kind of people run a company that charges you to talk to someone? I was emailed a $10 off code and trued to use it and I was not given it but they took my payment in full. I trued calling them to have it applied and they wanted to charge me, do what was the point in the discount?

17 days later still waiting on the id tag. Emailed customer service and was told to “wait longer”, “maybe” it will arrive by the end of the week. No tracking number provided either.

Good company! Quick turnaround time

A dog owner’s worst nightmare is losing their dog. When I was out of state and in a completely unfamiliar place, my dog got spooked and ran off, and kept on running. Thanks to PetKey, we were reunited within two hours, and were able to pick him up safe and sound. Thank you so much for helping me find my fur baby quickly!
