I wish I had been warned about the cost. I had no idea it was going to cost anything else after I paid my vet to insert the chip. I understand the need to pay for the service but I wish I had been told upfront. Other than that I had no problems

I do not have an opinion on Petkey at all. I have not lost my puppy. I'd have to wait until that happened. I hope I never need it, but the breed does like to run. I do not like to have to review something unless I have an opinion. 4 stars were the least I could give without being negative. There is your review. Kinda pointless.

I couldn’t even get mine done, I paid and got ripped off! Very disappointed customer, I saw many bad reviews afterwards. I should have done my homework in this company.

I trust PetKey in the event any of my three pets should stray, for whatever reason, including the worst one of all, a catastrophe; but what I appreciate the most, is that you can cover a pet for lifetime, for the equivalent of an "annual renewal fee" at any other organization. Of course, I have a multiple pet household and could enjoy the special discount but I am still impressed!
