My cat’s collar with her ID tag became lost. I contacted Petkey and within 25 minutes received a phone call from a most gracious representative saying a new tag was on the way. Now that’s outstanding service. Very impressive. Thank you Petkey.

Great for cats who won’t wear collars and occasionally escape with no other way to identify them.

I have ordered a new name badge for my two dogs at different times. I have had to call after a month for both name tags and then the tags were shipped. When I received the latest tag - it came in a large blue envelop with the spring wire that attaches the tag to a collar was just thrown in the bag. I felt something in the bottom of the bag and was surprised at what I found. I think you can do better for a $15 charge
