I honestly do not know if I purchased a life time chip or less. I paid two separate times on same day. One was for one year and then after explained to me, I added extra fee for life time protection. My email only showed the one BUT I showed on credit card TWO fees. ??????. Not happy now I want life protction. Not explained to me good. I would.still like to know if I have what I requested

It came in a reasonable time, but finding it is etched paint and the paint scratches off easily. Thought it would be a heavier etched metal. Not really worth it as it probably won't last long.

Outstanding customer support. Quick, easy, and personable. Very thorough, making sure I was completely satisfied.

Online process was very easy to go through. Good for someone like me who has a hard time going through the process on line.
