I transferred ownership of a dog and the service was sub par. I had never experienced a chip service before and the expense was unreasonable. No one told us how much it would be to just change ownership information. There's no reason for it to have been so much. Then they got the info wrong and i can't get anyone to acknowledge me to get it fixed, without charge. I got a massive package in the mail with an unnecessary leash and collar, no option not to receive these things, no wonder it was expensive. Finally, I was added to their spam emails for lost animals all over the state, as if I'd see a lost animal that far from my house. Again, I wasn't given the option not to get these emails.

I really like pet key. I rescued a dog found out she was chipped was a trying time but she is now mine. Registered in my name and I feel security about her chip. Everyone was really helpful.

Willow is right up there with the people I love the most. First thing I did was take her to the vet's to make sure she was chipped. The vet found the chip number right away, but there was no identification. MAKE SURE YOUR CHIP IS ACTIVATED AND YOUR PET IS IN THE SYSTEM. PETKEY is the best. Available 24/7 to alert you, your neighbors, shelters, rescues, Dumb Friends League when a pet is reported missing. Registering Willow with PETKEY was easy on-line, but you can call them too. I haven’t used it because my dog stays inside mostly. But if I should need it, I thank you for being there for me.

Hopefully I will never have to use this. I was very happy to see I could purchase a lifetime of service up front. My sweet baby is only 7 months old so it has taken a lot of stress off me. Registration was easy.
