Good Customer Service, website info is a little confusing.

You tried to pull a fast one. Pretending to be another company,acting like you already had my pets covered. Telling me you can cover them for life for $45. For each pet. If you can not tell the truth I want nothing to do with you.l I will stay with who l have, thank you.

The phone number wasn’t correct and I had to pay again to have a new tag made. The tag is super thin. The dog bit it a couple times and bent the tag.

Highly recommended!!! Love how your notified of all missing dogs to help each other out and I know if my dog ever lost and found that petkey would get him home safely. Gives me peace of mind. I would recommend them to all dog owners .
