Awesome. Helps return babies to their owners

I called Petkey to see if I could swap out the lifetime membership and ID tag to our “soon to be” new puppy. Our dog that we had for only a month had to be returned to the breeder because he has serious health issues. Since we had extenuating circumstances, the representative noted that in the system and said we could return the tag for a new one, and that we would receive the lifetime membership as well. I appreciate them willing to do that for us. She was extremely helpful and so understanding!

It is very nice to get updates or e-mails if a pet is lost that way I feel safe that if my pet is lost people can keep an eye out.

Thankfully haven't had to use it yet but am glad I have it if ever needed

Easy to sign up and the price is very responsible to keep my baby safe in the event of the unthinkable happening and him becoming lost. Nice collar tag with his chip number and name to assist in his return.
