Great way to protect our pets and at a fair price! Thanks for doing what you do!

Great company. Nice and professional staff. Gave 4 stars because we all have flaws and don’t want to build false egos

Awesome program

I received my order and one of my tags was not enclosed in the envelope. I contacted your company and the person was very gracious and sent me the missing tag. Thank you for settling my situation.

Excellent service! I feel assured that if my fur baby gets out she will be returned.

Very pleased so far

Not impressed that this service went from being free to $100 for the top service. My dog went missing a month ago and I found this service completely useless. I still had to manually inform all the shelter's, welfare's, police stations etc. Then I only got generic emails maybe 3 times over the last month telling me to go check X shelter cuz they've had a lot dogs brought in over the past week. Yeah that's what usually happens every week. When I replied to the emails, I never got responses either.
