Very good product to keep your loved ones secure and tracked.

PetKey was helpful in assisting me with getting information on an abandoned shepherd that was given to me. The process was very easy and completed within 2 weeks. I was able to register her and find out her DOB. However, I would have loved to have known her original name but that information was not available. I have all the information discussed and received in the mail as advised in a timely manner.

On point and great service!

I sent in payment to activate my puppies microchip. I received the charm for his collar, although his name was correct on the first line, his name was once again listed instead of my first name with my last name only containing 6 of the 8 letters. I was also supposed to receive an ID card with his name and picture and additional info on it but never received it. I called to inquire about it and was told it was coming in the mail. I have never received the ID card after several weeks. Hopefully, his microchip was registered correctly. I am surprised by the lack of work ethic with my order.

Great organization! When my shipment was returned to them they reached out and made sure that the address was right. Then they resent it and followed up to make sure I received it. They are a great service to help in making sure pet remains safe or help you find your lost pet!
