Your order is "on hold" until you upload a picture of your dog. What you bought is a picture id card, so it cannot print and ship until there is a picture of your sweet fur baby uploaded to your Petkey account.

I received Ziva's collar very quickly...It's kind of like health insurance, you hope that you don't need it but your glad it's there if you do. All Four Paws Animal Rescue in Pawleys Island, SC recommended PetKey....that's good enough for me...

I have yet to report or lose a dog to know if it truly is reliable. how can we test it if it is working?

We are glad that your pet has never gone missing. Ours is a service that you never want to have to use, but if you do, you'll be glad you have us. Hopefully you never need us, but if you do, Petkey will be here to issue and alert and offer our service for a lost pet, 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year!
