I initially called customer service to cancel a subscription I mistakenly bought, I thought I was on 24 hour pet watch site, the microchip is theirs.However, the representative I spoke to was first understanding then helpful. I ended up keeping the lifetime subcription, it was cheaper than 24 hour pet watch recovery service, friendlier and always connected to a live person if you need to call.
