Waited awhile for the collar. When received, it was so large that the smallest you can make it will fit a very large dog instead of my Shiba who we all know Shibas weigh the most 26 to 28 lbs. Was disappointed. Looking forward to put on my Kasey.

We are sorry to hear that you recieved a collar that is too big. We've sent a new one that should be the correct size for your sweet Shiba.

Some of the items on the web site are hard to understand so I called the office. The person that took care was very helpful and explained the way everything worked. I received the tag for my dog in a timely manner.

Never had a pet with a chip, I’m happy that the option was available at no cost to have the chip implanted. My vet even tried it on her new scanner. I hope I will never need it but who knows when I might.
