My phone number is incorrect on the tag. I sent it back and have heard nothing since.

I’ve only gotten part of my order, with no idea of how long it will take to get the rest of it. When I called about it, they didn’t check its progress or attempt to track it, all they would say is wait for it, it should be there any time. Well that was over a week ago with two items, my cat’s I’d tag and leash, still out there somewhere, paid for, but not delivered. I am very disappointed, but the service with the earlier part of my order was ok Update- I got the rest of my order about a week later, and it was wonderful! My kitty looks great with her name tag, and I’m training her to use a leash and harness I had purchased on the site. The harness is wonderful, the way it lights up!

Process very streamlined. I feel very confident my dogs are registered through this company .

The process of transferring our puppie’s Pet Key chip information from our breeder to us was seamless. The customer service representative was so helpful and also assisted me in purchasing the one time/ lifetime monitoring service fee. The Pet Key package arrived soon after in the mail which included the personalized ID tag as well as a complimentary collar.

Paid what I thought was a good amount of money for a dog tag. Received a painted tag. We'll see how long it lasts before I have to buy another engraved tag. The registration was easy to do and I was glad to see that we can include a picture.

I didn't give you 5 stars because you got my phone number wrong on the tag and I had to order a different one with the right number I don't know how it happened but thank you for fixing it I gave you 4 stars I had no other issues with petkey tag I got it's awesome everything on the tag is clear and easy to read thanks
