Anything that keeps my baby safe is wonderful. The only problem is is she got out of her collar somewhere and the tag is on the collar. But if she were picked up for some reason she has a chip.

PetKey tried to contact the previous owner of my dog and waited a decent amount of time without response before getting back to me to update her chip with my information. I was pleased about that. I thought the update was a decent value. As a bonus I got a 'baby' photo of Lucy, which I never expected.

Easy to enroll. Received the tag within a couple of days. The tag is metal and wil hold up better than the plastic one my other dog has.

Signing up was very easy & I liked the fact that I could pay for a lifetime membership

Great. I am happy that i signed my pet just in case he get lost and he can be easily found.

Everything ran smooth and Heidi who help me get my puppy register is the best . Had to leave her phone message twice and she got right back to me both times for concerns .

We received our pets tags quickly and had no trouble submitting our information.
